how "set target collection" option in popup window when option-clicking on collection folder on imac?  @ point can find no way set collection folder target folder.  according area looked @ directions option-click on floder in collections area , "set target collection" option appear on computer not.  in fact nothing different happens when either click on folder or option-click on folder.  using lightroom 6 stand alone version , have installed latest update. on mac not option-click bring context menu control-click.   instead of doing use right-click same thing. i set keyword hierarchical system in lightroom.   here happens me. i have parent keyword called holidays , many holiday's vacation places second level  (l et's new york, san francisco , on).   if search holidays (i click right arrow in keyword list) 2443 photos total. if search , add single locations i 2458 , difference of 15   strangly enough 15 listed beside holidays parent keyword. normally parent keyword not show number @ right side because photos numbers shown @ secondary keywords level (in case places) i cannot figure out how happens.   in other instances (for instance people parent folder, , others) not happen.   any suggestions on how find out error? i fear corruption of catalog. hi elenab,   if search holidays (i click right arrow in keyword list) 2443 photos total. if search , add single locations i 2458 , difference of 15 please try remove keywords 15 images or add different key , check if still see them under "holiday" keyword.   regard, mohit More

使用環境は windows7pro sp1、premiere pro cc2015 9.2.0(41) intel core i7 メモリ32gb、gpu quadro k4200（premiereは動作保証外のカード）です。     上記環境で日本語のキャプションを作製（cea-708 サービス1）してタイムラインに配置しました。 プログラムのスパナマークから、キャプションの表示を有効にし、また、表示設定もcea-708 サービス1にあわせ、プログラムにキャプション表示非表示のボタンを追加しました。 この状態でpremiere上で再生しながら表示非表示をテストすると問題なし。   この後、ファイル／書き出し／メディア、からencoder cc 2015に行き、quicktime,hd720.29.97fからキャプションの設定を出力ファイルの埋め込みにしてキュー追加で作製しました。   出来た.movデータを同機のquicktimeplayer7.7.9（player設定で利用可能な場合はクローズドキャプションを表示の設定済み）から再生をすると、メニューの表示／ク ローズドキャプションを表示、がグレーアウトされてキャプション自体が表示されません。 quicktimeはpro版では無いですが、クローズドキャプションを表示、のメニューにはproマークはついていなかったので、問題なく表示出来るものと考えています。 本来なら、ここで、キャプションの表示非表示が出来ると思うのですが、出来ない理由がわかりません。   ちなみに http://tv.adobe.com/jp/watch/learn-premiere-pro-cc/19752/ こちらを参考にして処理をしました。   どなたか原因がお分かりになる方がいらっしゃいましたら、ご教授頂けると幸いです。 よろしくお願いします。 自己レスになります。   急ぎの件でしたので、サポートさんに問い合わせをしましたところ、windows環境からのqt書き出しは推奨でないとの事でした。windows版qtのセキュリティ問題も関係していること もおっしゃってました。 クローズドキャプションはmac書き出し、macのqt再生のみが可能、だそうです   今現在macの環境が無いもので検証が出来ませんが、問題は一応解決しました。   後

hi everyone,   i got new mac pro (black cylinder) on monday , set cc 2015 applications afternoon. i'm graphics professional, worked ai since cs3, know way around. neither coworkers or myself have ever run issue.   when double click enter isolation mode, little bar under illustrator's top dock doesn't show in isolation mode. items on art board don't fade out show have 1 thing selected. if scroll around, image not move, though scroll bars on side show i'm moving. bounding boxes aren't around selected object, if select other objects in isolated group in. still have hit esc out of isolation mode, illustrator knows i'm doing. can move mouse around, know i'm not frozen.   keep in mind, mac pro came out of box , downloaded cc2015. using cc 2014, know isn't "normal" 2015. if restart computer, works fine, after working on few files issue begins again. do? uninstall , reinstall?   akp i'd start deleting preferences file:   press , hold option+c

hello! sometimes, after work @ computer while, flash player stops playback web video/audio. happens in browsers , sites (youtube.com, x-minus.org , others). see buffering progress line grows, no playback.   i tried tips flash player faq (disabling hardware acceleration etc). nothing helps, except rebooting pc.   i should mention, have poor pc athlon 1333 cpu, 2 gb ram , 64 mb ati radeon video.   so maybe problem occurs due overloading , player hangs.   the question is, how fix without pc restart?   os: windows xp sp3 32-bit. flash player: 18.0.0.160 (latest working nonsse cpu). browsers: all/any. just after thoughts on best practice creating logo in illustrator.   the logo has lot of vector based aspects, , single raster aspect - background image.   i know file need scaleable usual logo use, 1.5m long side of vehicle (yay...)   sooo... have raster image @ correct size i have illustrator vector work done.   what's best way combine them , end viable file size - it's ending huuuuuge if place linked file (illustrator file 140mb) davince,   hopefully aware required resolution of photo depends on viewing distance. following may help.       obviously, image must have correct resolution @ final size(s).   that may quite low, unless talking fine art (also) viewed @ 1 - 2 nose lengths.   when need scale factor (such 10), resolution @ small scale must factor higher 1 needed @ final size (such 1500 if scale factor 10 , need 150).   if have no specific resolution instructions, may work out based upon viewing angle/relative distance:   1) determine viewing angle or relative distanc

premiere pro 2015 keeps crashing when exporting 4 min video imac.  have tried exporting directly pp , media encoder...both crash.   tried exporting h264 , pro res, both crash.  source either 29.97 1080p or stills (photographs).   here specs exist now; 1080p 29.97fps   processor             3.4 ghz intel core i5 memory                   32gb 1600mhz ddr3 graphics card:     nvidia geforce gtx 775m 2048 mb   i have not had problem until now.  did upgrade el capitan , wondering if reason.  research, though, earlier  problems had been fixed...perhaps not.   help! first, don't know how apple updates, make sure on latest issuance of el capitan.   (i'm assuming mean export "crashes" or stops, or @ worst prpro crashes.)   when exporting through ame, crash every time @ same place? if starts process, see thumb of frame/clip being processed in lower left of ame. if starts process crashes every time in same clip or frame, there's wrong right there. either media has issue or

when open change conversion settings acrobat tab in outlook, pdfmaker error appears saying "one or more page dimensions out of range". but settings window opens. , page dimensions indeed high, 2100 2970 cm. the main problem when try edit these numerical fields values increase "00". so e.g. when type 21 , change focus next field 21 become 2100, , when activate field again become 210000, , on till maximum available value achieved. looks bug in pdfmaker.   adobe acrobat pro dc 15.016.20039, ms office outlook 2016 (latest updates), win 7 x64 (latest updates).   p.s. didn't find appropriate subforum write here. hi,   we have kyocera ecosys m6530cdn mfp.   two windows 7 laptops - 1 acrobat pro xi, 1 acrobat pro dc.   when creating pdf scanner, no matter settings choose, result black , white , grainy/pixelated. i've had success other printers , versions of acrobat , setups have been seamless.   if go custom scan, , options of scanner can select native or memory mode, , uncheck box "hide native interface", can force kyocera twain interface pop up, adds several steps able scan in color. have several setups using adobe acrobat interface scan in color successful.     any ideas??   thanks! hi willie2016,,   please provide exact dot version of software & os installed @ system .also check whether there update available software after going through "help > check updates ". follow thread reset preferences acrobat software :- how reset preference settings in acrobat. would request check after connecting scanner locally system if connected on network & check same. ple
