i'm little baffled character panel in photoshop cc.  every time open jpg , wish comment on it, pressing "t" starts me off seemingly random font style, size , color.  have set "character style" in character styles dialog, however, clears every time new file open.  character styles attached files?  can bring saved character style clicking "load default type styles", , pressing "clear override" button.  however, time consuming task.   how can set font, size , color default photoshop cc, not tied files open?   many help.  i've been using photoshop since version 2.5 in high school, , you'd think i'd have simple tasks figured out :-) to change type tool’s default settings, close open documents , make changes in options bar or character panel. these settings new defaults. my creative cloud membership expire. i'm on super tight budget, having resources crank out occasional freelance design/illustration work helps me out significantly. instead of allowing cc account renew in current state , getting stuck paying $50/mo. next year, decided options cheaper plans focus on fewer apps. according i've found, can buy photoshop or illustrator $19.99, plan includes both of them current plan, expensive , full of unnecessary apps don't need. there no way access 2 apps without paying more need? missing something, or screwed? i've been loyal adobe user more 10 years, current financial situation kinda pushing me out, not gonna lie. appreciated! you can put more 1 cloud plan on adobe id, provided each plan used no more once per id.   your best option is: photography plan ($10/mo) + single app illustrator ($20/mo) = $30/month.   it'll billed 2 separate transactions. i run lr 4.4 under win 7. having got new camera (panasonic fz 330) need upgrade lr 6. have 64 bit processor (intel i3) 32 bit win 7 operating system. system requirements on website ambiguous paid upgrade fee , downloaded installation file. when ran told incompatible computer. apparently need 64 bit operating system (unlike lr 4.4). seem have no upgrade path. know how money back. thanks help. may suggest (free) upgrade windows 10 64bit new installation. there upgrade path using current windows 7 serial number. will, however, need reinstall programs. hi there -   i have problem manifests on various computers, @ random times...its quite strange.  have wedding photo studio , send our raw files out color-corrected on others.  they'll send xmp files; we'll copy these xmps folder raw files, , read metadata in lightroom.  book.    the problem - quite often, develop module history shows 'reset settings' last state, , sliders @ 0.  might happen 10% of take, 60% of take - random, in large chunks of images.  goes cr2 files, nef files, type of file... making kind of crazy.    anyone have idea what's causing issue?   thanks in advance! roey if repeat "read xmp" update missed files?? i did post in premiere forum. apologize posting here also, wanted make sure got as possible users of adobe premiere , ae. here goes.   like purchased mac pro trashcan performance in video editing (premiere , after effects), extremely disappointed of problems, noticeably performance getting 5 thousand dollar system. have decided list computer on ebay , cross fingers.   here question.   should bite bullet , switch pc? or can superior performance beefed mac pro 5,1 2012 model?   i have been researching , seems can them pcie ssd hard drives, nvidia titan cards (and quadro of course) loaded ram. seems best processor can in these things dual 3.46 ghz 6-core (12 total) xeon (westmere) processors. seems may bit out-dated. thoughts?   i keep stability of osx system , of course of apps/files/workflow, etc minimal downtime restoring time machine backup.   could see more significant boost in performance going pc or should give mac pro 5,1 shot?   my budget around $5k. have plenty of external drive

i hit try again, , tells me subscription has been renewed , can continue product.  window disappears, reappears , tells me renew subscription again.  subscription doesn't end until december.   i noticed on profile page lists 2 devices , 1 device added today.  same device listed twice under different name, , can't remove either of them because gives error: " something went wrong! try deactivating device again. "    i followed this guide , did not me.  restarting cc did nothing, , there no "license software" button on window.   can please help? if on creative cloud, click gear icon > manage account. if click preferences can sign out of devices don't want. if not on cc, please send more info. hello! use help. i've been using lightroom several years on mac laptop. got mac desktop , curious if there way sync lightroom account both computers. edit on new desktop, still need edit same photos on laptop on go! know how this? found serial number lightroom.... go here? the simplest way accomplish have catalog , images on external hard drive can moved 1 computer other. catalog must located on hard drive local computer running lightroom. catalog cannot shared between 2 computers. people put catalog , images in dropbox. have extremely diligent in allowing 1 computer synchronize before try open catalog on other computer. have never done type of sharing. comments have read seem indicate easy catalog become corrupted using dropbox approach. hi there, i've seem come across issue whenever use adobe premier pro cc on os x el capitan imac. the program works fine until try drag/reposition clip within sequence timeline. this message, "sorry, serious error has occurred requires adobe premiere pro shut down. attempt save current project." comes , program shuts down after click 'ok'. i don't appear 1 problem - lack of solution also. it's rather upsetting/stressful need decent editing software use @ home university projects. i upgraded cs6 cc in hopes issue no longer continue yet have been met disappointment. none of forums discussing same issue appear of either went adobe support on twitter (via direct messages) in hopes direct immediately help, instructed make discussion here. can me issue? thank you, a. mayr More discussions in Premiere Pro CC adobe
