i have lastest version of photoshop (2015.1.2) installed on windows 7 desktop computer.  video card amd radeon hd 7800.  running lastest "released"crimson driver card (16.150.2211.0).    i have been on trip last 2 weeks , when returned, there new versions of photoshop , crimson drivers computer.  therefore, did both updates.  started process images trip photoshop started crash.  looking @ event viewer, faulting module listed atio6axx.com.  remembered there had been issue earlier drivers when using gpu went preferences , shut off "use gpu" switch.  seemed still getting photoshop crashes , several other oddities on screen.   specifically, getting following: 1) photoshop crashing , atio6axx error in event viewer 2) when make selection with, lasso tool , selection goes outside boundaries of image, portion of marching ants selection outside image boundary stays on screen though dismiss selection.  have scale image , down force screen redraw. 3) getting occasional strange

bonjour,   possédant la version acrobat x pro, j'ai un code vba sous excel 2003 qui me crée un pdf avec signets et liens hypertexte. cependant nous passons à office 2016 et la version x pro n'est plus compatible alors j'évalue la version dc pro. en utilisant le même code (et effectuant quelques modifications afin de trouver le problème), celui-ci me crée bien mon pdf mais les liens hypertexte ne sont pas présent. lorsque j'exécute sans passer par vba les liens sont bien présent.   dans mon code je récupère toutes les options par défaut à part le nom de fichier (outputpdffilename) et la fenêtre (promtforpdffilename). lors de l'exécution, dans la fenêtre d'état d'impression, je vois bien la recherche des liens, mais mon fichier est créé sans.     pouvez-vous m'aider svp More discussions in Forums en français adobe

i'm experienced ps user/commercial photographer, doing work without big issues. i've experienced weird anomaly in prepping images website and wonder if can figure out must overlooking?  after making color/tone/compositing edits on each image, run them through series of droplets, variously flatten, sharpen, size, change color profiles , on. these self-made droplets save me lots of time , effort, , have worked years. end result each image should srgb jpeg fits page dimensions of site, @ size optimized minimal degradation , quick loading. these images should weigh in anywhere 250 560 kb, , without exception, have. until now. before go last droplet (which save them jpegs @ quality level) flattened tiffs, same pixel dimensions. final jpegs vary little in size, based on complexity of each image, one, single image winds @ 2.1 mb - more 5 or 6 times size of other images.  i've gone , looked @ image @ each stage of development, , cannot life of me see how differs mates, or why won&#

okay, i'm using premiere pro cs4 on 32-bit windows xp (yeah, yeah, know, should on times) , video files imported .avi files filmed @ 30 frames. problem is, whenever try play file, in preview window or "sequence one," video part not start (it shows first frame throughout whole time file played), audio goes fine. it's sound set against background of single image. thought, 'okay, might old machine not work when comes program.' , went on. exported project in .mp4 file (same sound sampling rate, frequency, frame rate, etc.) , video preview: sequence of first frames of each individual video file used. titles , transitions worked well, though. now, i've tried everything, changing settings audio or video devices, cutting , pasting sequence, rendering, restarting pc, installing/reinstalling or gspot (who said required codecs installed.)  recommend should do? d: how avi play outside of premiere? hang in windows media player? codec file inside avi? have tried conve

we our clients able extract pages ("page extraction") document without being able modify document's metadata ("changing document"). how can document security set in way?   i using acrobat ix. any document has security applied won't allow page extraction. if did, make whatever other security restrictions may in place pointless. user able extract pages create new pdf , modify it. hi all,   i'm using captivate 9 , working on interaction has me stumped. i'm trying set images used drag-and-drop interaction, , want images have rollover state indicate clickable. when clicked, information box display provides more info user determine correct items dragged , dropped.   i tried @ first use regular image , add 'rollover' state, couldn't figure out how assign action indicate when state go effect. (is there way associate mouse hotspot image?) tried use image button, worked great far using rollover state , used conditional formatting , variables more info boxes display when the item clicked. however, didn't realize until had finished setting part buttons cannot used drag objects, d'oh.   i thought using invisible button on image more info display , image still used drag-and-drop object, brings me not knowing how rollover state work. :/   any suggestions how can achieve trifecta of rollover state/button/drag & drop? you cannot have interact

we having issue 2 users able open same file editing - without being notified user in file.  after edits completed neither user able save file, , have save different file name, merge manually.   this files stored on network fileshare.   is there setting in product missing? no, you're not missing anything. acrobat not built kind of "shared" editing. hi guys,   i have 2 web apps i'm trying link together, public profile web app , photos web app. idea being user can upload photo site, listed in core gallery (photo app) on own user page (generated public profile app). example:   user 1 uploads photo 'star'. inside public gallery can see 'star'. if click on author of 'star' take me user 1's page can see 'star' listed upload. if went user 2's page wouldn't see 'star' listed upload.   i have photo app working, including user management system allowing people edit , delete photos they've uploaded. i've got public profile app working it's directly 'connected' signup form. i'm struggling find way list users uploads on public profile :/.   has figure out way achieve this? i'm still digging liquid information see if can find someway of pulling data 1 filter other... not sure if it's possible though. kind regards, nate c. nevermind, forgot needed import

using mac/yosemite, cc 2015.2.   some days there no issues, days, today stops working after while, , system restart seems have no effect. click on clip, no pop menu. using both wacom tablet , mouse, neither work.   does else have issue? i've seen other mac users report similar.   i haven't seen occur windows users. i working on windows laptop , paying pdf converter (export). have completed trial of full product , didn't appear wanted let trial run out. when try , convert pdf's package paying for, doesn't let me , asks me sign full package.   any ideas? exportpdf add-on free "acrobat reader" app.   you tried out entirely different "acrobat pro" app. trial finished. if don't want pay acrobat pro, uninstall it. go using free acrobat reader app, , exportpdf add-on. i closed full creative cloud account on 1 year expiration , opened new photography account.  keep getting popups on opening lightroom there problem account payment , have 1 day fix it. logout , login, corrects problem, next day when open lightroom popup error message shows lightroom, photoshop, , acrobat, being apps had under full creative cloud account. ridiculous have keep fixing this. ideas how correct permanently? how did buy/create photography plan subscription? did use same adobe id? if did first check account on main adobe web page see if photography plan active. may need sign out , in on both cc desktop app , in lr , ps.   or if used different adobe id, created new one, need sign out , in using new adobe id. in cc desktop app in preferences. gear icon in upper right hand corner , select preferences. a client asked me this,  think looking 2:40 aspect ratio how do it? export setting should use, or should done @ create sequence stage?  if so, sequence settings use? im working on 1920 x 1080 p   footage , have experience using match sequence settings option exports same original footage as workaround introduced png file has black lines create letterbox "effect" suppose not right way go it   i appreciate feedback please there's nothing wrong way doing now.  if try work in sequence doesn't match media, may have problems effects. help! issue columns after making change on 1 breakpoint fluid fixed.   created new site , set fluid. page properties 1280 , columns set @ 20. have 3 breakpoints -1280, 768, , 320. each breakpoints column displayed edged edged of page. but, 1280 breakpoint changed fluid width fixed columns no longer show in breakpoint. columns displaying 768 , 320 breakpoints. why?   reopen breakpoint properties double clicking on 1280 breakpoint , column settings did not change, displays 20. but, if change 20 1 change of other breakpoints though breakpoint properties open 1280.  also, when changed columns 20 1 did not effect breakpoint 1280, 768 , 320. settings change of columns still not display 1280 breakpoint.  yet, changing 1280 breakpoint fixed width fluid columns default, displays on breakpoint, , along other breakpoints.   any thoughts???   thank you More discussions in Help with using Adobe Muse CC adobe
