missing preview files continues make premiere unusable!   i'm sorry announce may not able edit anymore (for time being). adobe premiere pro cc has never worked on new computer last 2 years. every single project has had either infamous audio missing problem , /or nowadays problem = "missing preview files".   every single project i've done ever since cc "creative cloud" came out has had issue , i've had pray , save snip-its @ time and  bend-over-backwards make copies of copies , screen shots barely save every single project.   it starts clean slate whereas project works fine , dandy. hour editing play line starts slow down ever-so-slightly. time goes by, several hours project, , tonight's project 5 minutes long 25 minutes of raw footage samsung cell phone @ 20 different clips, timeline starts glitch-out , slow down crawl.   by 3 hours editing, hitting play takes 6 seconds computer play timeline. moving clip position take 10 seconds computer register mo

history of events:   february 23rd: i discovered adobe cc photoshop 2015 had issue program -i import raw image -apply curve -feather curve -save both psd , jpg -image on psd file , jpg appear hard , non-feathered curve lines.   i report issue photoshop customer service, suggest update issue. uninstall , reinstall...it still occurred. customer service suggested use photoshop 2014.   i pay on hundred dollars old material? didn't think fair... anyways. waited.   march 4th:   i reinstalled 2015 , black lines still there. -i message customer service, recognized issue (bug), , assured me problem fixed on next update. -the last update adobe photoshop was  in november... (at point still paying) -they recognized not fault , gave me 30days extension. 30 days after requested further extension since using inferior product. did not enable this. upset. not paying full price, paying less.   they referred me (higher team) b.s. respond inquiries problem... a response came told unable extension... e

hi, i've tried find answer on peter's site, can't seem locate it. generating responsive html. although know rh not website tool, have been tasked creating new home page functions website:   requirements page are: -  no visible toc -  page functions user centre, i.e. there buttons on page link other pages within project.    these buttons link to:    -  entire user guide in 2nd project    -  newsletters page in 2nd project    -  release notes page in 2nd project    -  additional pages in future. -  buttons appear on home page should visible on linked pages - website - there nav bar @ top , buttons constant users can go 1 area of project another. -  if possible, team rollover images used, don't think possible in robohelp. if is, can't see how. hi guys! ok! had reinstall computer scratch , forgot backups before reinstalling... i had ton of fonts installed can't remember had , when open artwork font missing... 1. easiest way fix missing font problem? ( have admit didn't write little reminder of font used where!!) 2. there easy way list of installed system fonts before reinstalling...not specific illustrator...but save pain of looking them all... 3. other members when installing font....to remember font has been used artwork etc.   i trying better ways such things , after reinstalling computer have " why didn't that" moments...;)   some advice , gratefully appreciated...;)   bookie56 bookie,   you have reinstall needed fonts, getting them again wherever were.   and best have independent backups of important things, such fonts (and scripts , many other things specific applications). full image/backup of main drive thing. hello friends!   i'm trying figure out why, when have section of nested sequence there no video clip:     and put nested sequence master sequence, program monitor shows layer under (as expect). normal in preview.   but in exported media, section above, playhead is, gives me black frame covers lower layer in master sequence. why?   right workaround cut gaps in nested sequence each instance, i'd rather able export media looks see in preview.   i'm using 9.2.0 (41 build) on os x el capitan.   thanks advice! dear concerned,   we have license of adobe acrobat pro 8.   we not able create pdf file word/excel file. have followed below process create pdf.   opened adobe acrobat 8 click on create pdf click on file selected word file while trying convert word or file pdf, getting error “unsupported file type of file has been damaged”. hi,   i'm on lightroom 6 on osx 10.11. bring across photos , videos taken our family iphones (iphone 6). photos work great. videos not. in lightroom, video (.mov) files originated on our iphones have exclamation next them "lightroom has encountered problems reading video" - , not play in lightroom (note lightroom knows video length - shown against grey background in grid mode - can @ least _some_ info mov file). if "photo > show in finder" - video play absolutely fine within quicktime player.   can me wrong? seems such simple thing not working......   cheers,   dave hi aconstnull,   you should have videos saved on particular location , should accessible via finder, if have import videos under photos or itunes lightroom won't able see it.   lightroom can import following file types: camera raw formats dng tiff jpg psd cmyk files png avi, mov, mp4, , other video files   refer: supported file formats in lightroom   let know if helps.   regards, mohit Mor

hi there.   fyi: use pc windows 7.   i've discovered - along many others, i'm sure - there update adobe acrobat reader dc yesterday (10th may) - believe new version 2015.016.20039.   one particular issue i've discovered effect version has had on commenting part of software. gone ability click on icon highlighting added text has led inability hover cursor on highlight , see added text only. realise can choose options bring whole window, want see highlighted text without unnecessary information.   is possible? if so, explain me how can make happen.   if not, please tell me how can revert previous version of acrobat reader dc. hello,   i having issues coresync several days now. had cc installed on 2 machines - mac osx el capitan, , windows 7 - , around same time syncing stopped. have tried several troubleshooting steps outlined here   adobe creative cloud desktop app | unable turn on file sync creative cloud desktop app stuck on blue spinning wheel after update. creative cloud not syncing creative cloud files folder   nothing worked. uninstalled cc apps including cc itself, run creative cloud cleaner tool, manually deleted adobe folder application settings, , re-installed cc. still same error on both computers. below parts of coresync log file:   20160510-144609.259: t=11c03: warning: gude: request failed. errorcode: 429 errormessage: http status 4xx (client error). http status 4xx (client error). http/1.1 429 429. i purchased lightroom on phone adobe sales person. told receive email download new purchase. after 1 hr , still had not received email called support. after being transferred several different people told take 24 hrs processing. 18 hrs later connect live chat after 40 minutes on chat told take 24 hrs email. can not understand why difficult purchase product. you can download lightroom below link :   install photoshop lightroom     if had received serial number , can use activate app .   if haven't received serial number , time being install app trial , later once receive serial number , can activate later . hello all. new adobe cc apologize if knuckleheaded question: purchased new tablet , installed adobe cc. followed prompts basic installation of main 3 apps. (ai, ps, dc) on ai app have few fonts choose from. big deal me because need many choices business. have ready through many of other posts , searched google/bing have yet see else list similar issue. makes me think either have glitch or it's simple nobody else needs help. either way...i need help. thoughts on this? did try new (new me) type kit , helpful in finding specific fonts. on other 2 pc's have immediate access several hundred fonts , find need in there. guidance. jake. you need install fonts in system. has nothing apps.
