my video camera creates files limited 2gb each, translate 11 minutes , 20-ish seconds. on longer piece, there several mts files belong together. when import them, premier 'stitch' ones go full clip. example, if physical files full clip 00004, 00005, , 0006, when import premier, import 00004 , show it's actual full length of clip (in case, 26+ minutes worth.) fine, makes easy work when start creating sequences , use files.   my problem happened 1 of project files. when open it, of sequences showing diagonal stripes indicating happened original clip. watching them discovered they're showing first physical media file (00004) , should 00005 , 00006, that's striped, don't exist.   now, can manually import 00005 , correctly show entire 26+ minutes length. can same 00006 , again show full length. if try pull in 00004 again (in different folder in bin), shows 11 minutes , 20-some seconds actual, physical clip is.   i'd hate have re-import again , have recreate seque

hello, i've been using illustrator month , can't understand why there single white area showing between letters 'th' in 'everything' on artwork when place in photoshop. when delete space between letters in illustrator, shows solid black , i've managed transparency on of artwork i've completed far. pointers?   thanks much!!!   here's what's happening when place .ai file in photoshop.   looks compound path isn't working quite right. try using shape builder tool on 'thing' section.   turn on transparency grid in ai, or place coloured block behind wording in .ai can see compound paths workign o.k.   also... if end result shown , raster output, quicker result may set layer darken, or multiply in photoshop. you can paint white on layer below if want 'is' remain white. i recorded 3 minute guitar cover in 4k , wanted remove noise footage used dynamic link bring after effects , used plug in called neat video. when going premiere lag unbearable. put quality down 1/16 , still lag horrible. took off noise reduction effect in after effects , lag still bad. not sure whether because computer can't handle 4k thought or maybe common thing happens? before using dynamic link footage plays fine, use dynamic link lags. attached photo of how computer running when i'm playing footage in case helps. appreciated. thank you!   windows 10 nvidia gtx770 32gb ram intel core i5 processor the dynamic link aftereffects not works slickly in real-time playback except on monster machines, , neither thee nor me has one. i5 cpu going fast can, you're running 4k through it, on dy-link, throwing noise-reduction in mix 1 of cpu-intense effects out there.   doesn't you're running multi-drive setup either ... typically "we" recommend spreading out drive

i've been using cc years, , when updates programme eg: photoshop or illustrator, puts in new version (photoshop 2015) in applications folder previous version left - it's not updated, it's downloaded whole new programme looks. my wife takes college courses online. has 2009 macbook air is, somehow smoothly, running latest version of os x el capitan. university provides pdf ebooks each class takes.   these ebooks seem use sort of javascript login system. when first open them in adobe reader dc, every page of book blacked out , see login form. logs in university credentials , pages become visible.   this works great on computer (2011 macbook pro running os x el capitan). have disable "javascript global object security policy" can connect. fails miserably on wife's computer.   the problem: when attempts log in , therefore "unlock" 1 of these ebooks on computer, 2 errors popup. i'll post screenshots of them below. popup regardless of whether "javascript global object security policy" disabled, "enhanced security" enabled or disabled, schools servers added "privileged locations" list, etc. i've pretty tried everything.   as further note, inside of acro

hi,   i'm running premier pro cc 2015.  have interview did in synced audio , video using pluraleyes.  used canon mark iii camera , zoom h1 audio recorder (with lav mic).  when try import synced video premiere i'm getting audio.  when import original camera file (with camera audio) works fine, reason synced version won't import video.  strange!    the video plays fine on computer.  did install quicktime read somewhere else that's issue, it's still not working.  hmmmm . . .   i'm running windows 7 on dell.  here specs of computer: intel i7-5600u cpu 2.60 ghz 8gb ram 64 bit   and here specs file:   video 1920 x 1080 data rate: 29765kbps total bitrate: 31180kbps frame rate: 23 f/s   audio bit rate: 1414kbps channels: 2 (stereo) audio sample rate: 44khz   thanks help. hi macdonaldp,   please refer link: faq: why audio or video not go track drop it?   thanks, kulpreet singh More discussions in Premiere Pro CC adobe

i recreating raster images vectors using pen tool. when this, tend make copies of same paths reuse new objects, if i'm doing highlight or shadow.   until few weeks ago, i'd been using windows 10 (formerly 7) pc illustrator cc 2015 everything, , these old macs @ tafe when went there. don't know os macs were, used illustrator cc 2014. never noticed display differences between macs , pc. anyway, i've finished tafe, , right pc isn't working, i've been using new macbook pro. it's os x 10.11.4, , illustrator cc 2015. it's mid-2015 model, , while don't remember specs, has 16 gb of ram, while pc has 8 gb.   the thing is, since i've switched macbook, vectors have been displaying differently. can see edges of objects sticking out behind each other despite sharing same paths. lines aliased too, , looks couple of pixels missing objects, disappear zooming. here examples:   dropbox - screenshot 2016-05-10 19.58.30.png dropbox - screenshot 2016-05-10 19.59.14.p

so got file has background transparent button supposed link url .com , life of me (most tired) can not see steps make link full animated ad any great you can create button symbol, inside edit mode of button, keep up, on , down frames blank , specify hit area drawing rect in fourth frame. now come out on main timeline, , use code snippet(in windows menu) add snippet - click go webpage. set desired url , test movie. it should work fine now. premiere elements 14.  want adjust position of background image used in motion title.  i'm able select background image.  however, way move/adjust position of image use mouse.  using mouse doesn't give me enough "micro movement."  mouse makes moves large.  how use keyboard make mirco-fine adjustments image's position?   thanks. is background in motion title itself? if so, micro adjustments might difficult.   however, if set motion title background transparent , place background on video track below it, can make precise changes background going applied effects/motion , setting position numerically.
