Adobe cs5 Animation Download-Cant put in the serial number!

i cant put in!!!

ive tried countless time try , put serial number thing goes, , worked first time, restarted computer , said on 30 day trial thing, put in number again , nothing happened! please help!

does 30-day trial message it's cs5 or creative cloud? if it's cs5, might want try troubleshooting steps in document: adobe creative suite 6 applications unexpectedly revert trial mode.
