Cannot scan in color Acrobat XI or DC with Kyocera M6530cdn


hi,

 

we have kyocera ecosys m6530cdn mfp.

 

two windows 7 laptops - 1 acrobat pro xi, 1 acrobat pro dc.

 

when creating pdf scanner, no matter settings choose, result black , white , grainy/pixelated. i've had success other printers , versions of acrobat , setups have been seamless.

 

if go custom scan, , options of scanner can select native or memory mode, , uncheck box "hide native interface", can force kyocera twain interface pop up, adds several steps able scan in color. have several setups using adobe acrobat interface scan in color successful.

 

 

any ideas??

please provide exact dot version of software & os installed @ system .also check whether there update available software after going through "help > check updates ".

follow thread reset preferences acrobat software :- how reset preference settings in acrobat.

would request check after connecting scanner locally system if connected on network & check same.

if issue still persist request please check different user account.
