hello - using latest version of adobe illustrator cc on windows 7. need make text box columns @ 32.875 w x 20 h. use type tool, draw box @ size , open "area type options" dialog box in order specify column number, gutter width etc. , automatically resizes text box area 13.888 w x 13.889 h without fail. try type correct width , height appropriate space , windows "error" sound. when click "preview" shows me text box resized 13.888x13.999 can't see i'm doing. infuriating, please, has else had problem?   i checked "transformation" window - , "lock" constrain width , height proportion "unlocked". ai has limit width of type columns have found. size want, have manually. hallo leute,   folgende frage: ich habe 4 mastersequenzen erstellt. in jedem master befindet sich auch eine verschachtelte sequenz. i created form in acrobat pro 8.xx made fillable , created rights reader. need edit form 'secured'. how edit secured form , re established reader rights afterwards   thanks frank to edit pdf form need remove extended reader rights by saving pdf copy described in documentation.   when apply extended reader rights provided opportunity save form in different folder or under different name.. doing avoid issue since have copy of form without , extended rights. i downloaded lightroom trial 2 days ago , still have several errors upon opening , have not been able use product:   i first get: could not call c function: private_load_agcoretech   it takes several clicks of ok or x close out of , get: win32api error 193 ("(unknown error)") when calling ::loadlibrary getcfunction   i click ok , first error again. when click okay loads lightroom.  however, there no way import library , when click on library, book, or slideshow other errors.   i have uninstalled , reinstalled same errors, exited , logged in,  rebooted , still no luck. posted in installation forum , had 1 suggestion download visual c++ redistributable visual studio 2012 update microsoft didn't fix either.    there no phone support product either , 7 day trial limit i'm running out of time , have 5 days left see if want switch product. what's os? hello,   i new java , adobe acrobat.  have form in clients separated 3 types , depending on type of client areas of form not need filled out. form unfortunately, long , complicated multiple scenarios example if individual investor vs. corporate investor different fields need filled out , if corporate investor , located in bc (both scenarios) different fields need completed. there quite few fields (50+) change , although code working (mostly) bulky , feel better thought through/organized/possibly using incorrect commands situation. question 2 fold:  making text boxes, drop boxes, , radio buttons when best use hidden vs visible, , read-only true/false (and possibly other commands unaware of)? second question how simplify code prevent mistakes , make changes easier. @ moment finding change 1 thing , effects 4 other things didn't want effect.  example, have 3 client types radio button individual, joint, corporation place code into each button if click through (change answer) opens righ

hey ich hab hier ein problem. ich wollte ein video schneiden, in dem ich bereits gerenderte videos verwende - bereits exportierte videos von früher. einerseits lief das ganze extrem langsam, denke wegen den videos (weil mit rohdateien läuft es immer wie butter) und jetzt, als ich das projekt eben geschlossen habe und es gerade wieder öffnen wollte kam diese meldung:   "dieses projekt enhält eine sequenz, duie nicht geöffnet werden konnte. diesem sequenztyp konnten keine vorgabendatei zur sequenzvorschau oder ein codec zugeordnet werden"   was kann ich tun? ich das nicht alles nochmal machen müssen das war ein haufen arbeit...   lg ohne genaue informationen kann dazu keiner sagen. prinzipiell wird's wohl aber dem mischmasch aus dateien liegen, und die hardwarebeschleunigung kann sich nicht entscheiden, ob nun ja oder nein. deshalb einfach mal die sequenzeinstellungen auf benutzerdefiniert einstellen und auf mercury & co. verzichten. dann werden alle caches in einem n

i place raw photo files folder , later import them lr cc edited. in past, when exported edited photos jpg's, folder had both raw photo , edited jpg of same photo. lately, after have exported edited photos folder, raw photos no longer there. setting have accidentally changed cause this? there number of possible causes this.   the one, in mind, imported photos using move instead of add, , ... raw pohtos in other folder. i'm getting 1.7gb render 4 minute video @ 720p. seems unusually large length , resolution. i'm expecting closer low hundreds of mb in size.   my current settings in render queue quicktime, h.264 codec, , quality @ 100 setting. , it's aac audio.   any ideas on might causing this? thanks! all variables involved in render settings not grasp can tell size not unusual. i guess has either bit rate or ae not being great @ compression.   i render uncompressed quicktime out of after effects , 4 minute video large 15 or 20gigs (give or take).   i bring them media encoder , render them h264 6,000 8,000 bit rate , they're in neighborhood of 3 or 400mb.   basically should compress final renders in external program.  company work prefers apple compressor on adobe media encoder i'm on pc use adobe me. (i'm moving own thread since it's not same issue 1 replied to):   2 mac users in our group having "invisible" comments since upgrading latest version of acrobat dc pro (2015.016.20039). , adobe reader. can see comments in comments bar, can't see them anywhere on page. it'll jump spot comment should be, won't show markings on pdf. here's example:   the same problem happens after deleting preferences:   is else having comments issue after latest upgrade? show comments bubbles, show insertion points, , never show strike thru. quirky , inconsistent.   we're using webdav server store our comments, if that's relevant. both of on os x 10.11.4. i opened same file in reader dc, , markups still invisible. downloaded old version of reader xi , able see comments.   so it's issue how latest version of acrobat pro dc , reader dc handling comment visibility.   anyone else having problem or have solution? clunky workaround use acrobat pro dc turn pdfs co

hello!   we got new printer has replaced our old printer - now, whenever try print old document (a document saved before new printer) crashes photoshop.   it seems searching printer no longer exists, instead of reporting missing printer or switching pc's default printer, photoshop crashes out dialog box (ctrl-p = instant crash).   i have gone through photoshops preference file remove old printer, preferences seem saved actual document itself.   is there permanent fix this?   i'm using photoshop cc (up date) windows 7 professional   many in advance! jack. did uninstall old printer driver? try using file > print spacebar pressed. i work on number of video projects adobe premiere elements 13. have clients waiting products, premiere elements 13 has stopped saving videos properly. avchd computer dropdown selection of mp4-h264 1920x1080p 30. has worked me ever since started using programme. however, in last week, has stopped working. still exports status bar in top righthand corner of programme, , still says finishes exporting. however, when find in documents , play it, plays halfway through, audio cuts out, makes funny buzzing sound , skips straight end of video, audio , video out of sync beginning. around same time, programme has stopped asking me update when start programme, don't know if problem or not. tried update programme few weeks ago, , said updated, same , continued ask me update. continued few days, started ignore box asking me update, , closed , used programme. maybe saving problem result of "not updating" if update didn't process properly? have absolutely 0 problem playing videos exp

hi, use microsoft word 2000 , adobe acrobar xi pro on windows 8.1. must convert word file (.doc) pdf file , want save hyperlinks. unfortunately, after converting file pdf file links don't work. for instance, opened adobe acrobat, clicked on create, clicked on create pdf file , chose word file. doesn`t work. if open folder doc.file right click on doc.file , click on convert adobe pdf, links not saved, too.   i tried edit pdf file in acrobat afterwards , insert links again, don't see possibility hyperlink specific words or sentences.   what can now? in microsoft word, go acrobat tab , click preferences. in settings tab, check (tick) add links. check settings in 4 tabs. click create pdf acrobat tab.   if word 2000 has older interface (i can't remember), in acrobat toolbar instead of tab.   More discussions in Creating PDFs adobe

with rgb setting, able create pdf document of 750 pages. but, cmyk setting adobe distiller shows error below: %%[ error: undefined; offendingcommand: ct_t3hdrdict ]%% %%[ flushing: rest of job (to end-of-file) ignored ]%% %%[ warning: postscript error. no pdf file produced. ] %%   no pdf gets generated. why happen? i using fm12 , document of 750 pages. images done using framemaker tools only. please let me know solutions. it's possible there issue graphic. should have seen listing of processed pages prior error. error occurs on following page of last page number listed. can temporarily turn off graphics in file (or book) using <esc> v v shortcut (it's toggle, same sequence turn graphics on). if pdf created when graphics off, confirms problem occurs graphic. try locate graphic in file (as per displayed pages in distiller log) , change format.
