hello folks,   i have learned hard way i should send pdf/x-1a files suppliers, do. issue indesign doesn't seem use kind of dithering when rasterising solid or transparent gradients.   is missing feature or doing wrong ?   for now, generate gradients , complex transparency effects in photoshop , import them in indesign, work large files , has negative impact on flexibility requires go , forth between 2 apps (saving , updating large files again , again).   i tried generating pdf transparency , flattening acrobat no luck, may using wrong ? when send such pdf file suppliers either flatten it, introducing image banding (and using jpeg compression, further reduces colour depth, in subtle bright gradients), or try rip right away, seems rather subjective task because 2 suppliers won't interpret same file same way.   any ideas ? thanks pdfx1a to  suppliers?   find new suppliers.   send pdfx4 files new suppliers. i @ moment stumped … have client whom i've created 200+ pages product catalog in indesign (a collection of 20+ indesign documents placed "master" document , layered page numbers , headers), , exported pdf. require file searchable article numbers.   here interesting result: the file searchable, results searches letters, i.e. can search "stackable" , locations of "stackable" in pdf. can *not* search numbers, search returns "not found in document". exception year number (2016) turn page 40 (which halfway correct - there, it's in footer of every page of pdf it's not reported …)   i can search , find in pdf using other viewers (e.g. apple’s preview), that's not option client. all text inside pdf "normal" text, can select , copy/paste no problem. but: if select number , copy text editor, utf-8 representation of number, e.g. character(x89) becomes "c2 89" instead – guess may cause oddity. affects numbers, apparently.

in meiner illustrator-datei ist lediglich ein verknüpftes tiff (133mb, 600dpi, cmyk, ebenen, transparenter hintergrund...) und ein paar kleine vektorelemente. obwohl das bild verknüpft ist wird meine illustrator-datei über 1,5gb groß und das speichern/öffnen dauert extrem lange. bei meiner datei ist die option "pdf-kompatible datei ertellen" aktiviert, da unser workflow-system diese option verlangt, hacken "komprimierung" ist aktiv. leider haben wir immer wieder ähnliche fälle, sobald verknüpfte bilder ins spiel kommen ist ein "normales" arbeiten nicht zu denken. falls jemand einen ansatz hat, wie ich das problem lösen kann, wäre ich sehr dankbar. da gibt's nix zu lösen. wenn pdf-kompatibilität gefordert ist, wird immer ein voll aufgelöster preview als tiff-daten-chunk eingebettet. ist das nun mal. es funktioniert, wie es gedacht ist. da müßt ihr dan nschon drauf verzichten, aber selbst dann ist das keine garantie, weil ai ja unter umständen trotzdem

g'day guys,   so topic header states, have 4 volume document, 400+ pages i'm told created in framemaker. have make amendments document doesn't contain material need to, however, don't posses original framemaker files - .pdf versions. question able reverse engineer document using framemaker somehow?   it consists of working navigation menu / contents @ beginning of document , main issue having trying edit in word. when add new page document doesn't adjust page numbers. footers etc etc because have lost in conversion .pdf .doc/.docx   i hope makes sense, info needed let me know. want find out if purchasing copy of framemaker allow me make ammendments myself or if i'm going have pay page designer rewrite document.   thanks in advance trent you can try exporting content rtf pdf using acrobat , re-import using fm. fm2015, can set word style mappings match required document template. 下記の方と同じ状況です。 premiere clipで作成したプロジェクトをpremiere pro ccで編集   iphone用のpremiere clipからpremiere proに送信をすると、関連する動画は共有フォルダに送られるのですが、編集ファイルが同期されません。 送信中に「問題が発生しました。プロジェクトをcreative cloudに送信できませんでした。メディアをcleative cloudフォルダにコピーすることができませんでした。アカウントを確認して再度実行してください。」と表示されて止まってしまいます。   clipのほうでサインアウト/サインインをし直してみてのですが、かわらずエラーがでました。 もしその後の対応方法などご存じでしたら教えてください、お願いいたします。 試しにこちらの環境（wifi接続のipad上のpremiere clip、デスクトップはwindows 7 premiere pro cc 2015 9.2.0)で試したところ、clipのxml編集データもcreative cloudに送信・クライアント側で同期されており、premiere proのファイルメニュー／premiere clipプロジェクトを変換からxmlファイルを開いて問題なくpremiere pro上で再編集可能になりました。   通信環境が不安定？なのかもしれませんね。 いったんwifiをオフにして再度オンし直してみてどうでしょう？   iosのアップデートとか、premiere clipのアップデートとかはなさそうでしょうか？ Premiereコミュニティフォーラム (Japan) でのその他のディスカッション adobe

hello,   i spend lot of time creating (with acrobat dc) form people fill in, when emailing them not able fill in anything. standard pdf file. what do wrong? have make possible others fill in form before saving file? do recipients need newer (or paid) version of adobe acrobat? don't have sign form, put in information.   please me! if have reader xi or higher (or version of adobe acrobat, of course) don't need special able fill in form, save it, submit it, etc. if have earlier version of reader still fill in submit it. able save need apply extended reader rights first using acrobat. if use other application, including pdf plugins in browsers, bets off. hi   i have created adobe dps custom viewer ipad , have been able lock orientation landscape when creating app in adobe app builder.   1 year later , client has asked create iphone 6 version of app, have been able custom viewer (same custom viewer code ipad build) onto iphone not see options in app builder restrict / lock orientation iphone specific build.   the iphone custom viewer displays in portrait mode only, limitation of adobe dps app builder or should able lock orientation landscape again iphone build?   hopefully question make sense, i have spent time googling no avail.   many thanks dave you can lock ipad+iphone orientation when building app.     you want build portrait-only 640x1136 folios iphone. i have been plagued issue months now... premiere pro cc 2015 crashes when file explorer dialog window called within premiere. importing, or selecting export folder causes crash. have issue happening on 5 machines! contacted adobe support months ago, remote controlled pc , saw how easy crash premiere. solution was" corrupt user profile...."   created new user account on pcs , deleted old account, month later problem returned. have seen issue arise in computers new weeks. adobe claims crash windows fault cannot find other symptom of user profile corruption. had put hope on win 10 version:1511 os build: 10586.318  upgrade did not fix issue. going on 3rd batch of new user accounts. nothing else crashes not premiere cc 2014.  have seen @ least 5 different posts on issue yet not real solution. creating new user account each month insanity, specially when there nothing wrong else. so have ae file contains vector graphics illustrator , mp4 video ( size 13 mb ) , 25 second long , rendered previous project same settings , same duartion  in mov format ( quicktime ) , should come out around 100 mb in size . when render project , comes out huge ( around 1 gig ra byte ) . checked resolution , , quality . same previous project .   any thoughts on changed ? the format rendered it. see this . i downloaded fillable pdf desktop.  used fill , sign feature fill in , sign it, resaved filled form desktop.  now, need go in , change 1 of filled in fields.  click on fill , sign, nothing appears on toolbar, except sign icon.  won't let me change of filled in fields. perhaps i'm using wrong...  wanted save filled in form continued use, i'll need change 1 particular field.  don't want have fill of fields out every time, when 1 changes.  you have completed form , locked values when signed form. over past 2 days tools palette has repeatedly locked after have selected type tool, can't select other tools. quitting , trashing preferences on restart cures problem temporarily, isn't fix , unsustainable in longer term due having reinstate preferences each time.   does have suggestions cause , cure problem?   could linked using typekit in id? hi all,   i'm new muse , working on 1st site. have got through of have problem when scaling between brake points.   if start largest page create , group of items want pin on page together  pin them in centre. find  when render page 1 or 2 of items move independently of planed pin. in muse when select item moves in wrong direction , @ pin is marked either left or right , greyed out, when select group pinned centre. this not happen every item on page odd one. have tried locking items. can't seem around issue. have tried de-pinning every item on page , pinning separately de-pinning , selecting group , pinning group same thing happens.   please help.    thats reading , hope makes sense.
