Constant crash on export

premiere pro 2015 keeps crashing when exporting 4 min video imac.  have tried exporting directly pp , media encoder...both crash.   tried exporting h264 , pro res, both crash.  source either 29.97 1080p or stills (photographs).

 

here specs exist now;

1080p

29.97fps

 

processor             3.4 ghz intel core i5

memory                   32gb 1600mhz ddr3

graphics card:     nvidia geforce gtx 775m 2048 mb

 

i have not had problem until now.  did upgrade el capitan , wondering if reason.  research, though, earlier  problems had been fixed...perhaps not.

 

help!

first, don't know how apple updates, make sure on latest issuance of el capitan.

 

(i'm assuming mean export "crashes" or stops, or @ worst prpro crashes.)

 

when exporting through ame, crash every time @ same place? if starts process, see thumb of frame/clip being processed in lower left of ame. if starts process crashes every time in same clip or frame, there's wrong right there. either media has issue or preview files or cache or ... take out clip , see if export finishes otherwise.
