i have wacom 20" pen tool running in windows 10 on dell xps system 16gb ram , 3 tb hd (2 drives). stops working in photoshop sometimes. the pen tool stops working of sudden, randomly, in photoshop. solution recalibrate pen tool on monitor. works in ps (cc 2015). the pen tool stops working in plugins - again, randomly no indication why. recalibrating pen not solve problem. thing works close apps , reboot. that, can imagine, horrible stop in work , can happen several times in day or not several days in between. unpredictable. does have ideas? hallo. seit neuestem wird photoshop beim starten "unerwartet beendet" und lässt sich nicht mehr starten. blöd, wenn man das businessmäßig braucht... indesign und illustrator funktionieren.   ich arbeite mit el capitan 10.11.2  ich habe java 6 neu installiert (wobei es zwar erfolgreich installiert wurde, aber das control panel zeigt nicht an) ich habe adobe-files mit .lst gelöscht   bislang habe ich noch nicht gewagt, alle adobe anwendungen zu deinstallieren und wieder neu zu installieren. hat jemand einen rat, ich tun kann? vielen dank! alles cs6 ist und älter wird mit el capitan nicht mehr unterstützt. es kann manchmal laufen, aber nie ohne probleme. da bleiben nur zwei möglichkeiten: ein downgrade zu maverick oder ein upgrade der programme auf die creative cloud. cs6 und älter hat zudem das eol, end of life, erreicht. da gibt es auch keinen support seitens adobe. i'm trying place pdf indesign, when show import options box pulls previous versions of pdf. pdf 4 page newsletter seperated 4 individual pds when place indesign wants place original ( un-seperated) pdf file. resaved , moved seperated pdf didn't help, restarted computer , tried new indesign document. did crop in pdf?   i not 100% problem is, tell me more if wrong. in example below, have cropped pdf. if place in indesign , select crop to: bounding box (as in example), entire image comes in. cropping in acrobat temporary , can uncropped. when choose crop to: crop (as in example), comes in cropped area (in case, part in marquee.)   play these settings see if results want , report back.   More discussions in InDesign adobe

on pcs use make multichannel sequence , send individually channels via send bus (selected prefader) export tracks on tracks. pre fader important because don't want main mix , audio keyframes in exports. this works on pc.   today worked on mac pro (2013) , set same sequence settings export 20 channel sequence didn't prefader work. no matter set either pre or post fader - signal on send submix tracks post fader.   is bug on mac? does know if there list of devices no longer support gpu render mode (especially ones did support gpu render mode)?   since have update our older air 18 apps air 21+ because of google play openssl issue, we've been testing our updates , noticed our apps use gpu render mode playing terrible on of our test devices.  seems instead running in cpu mode on devices.  posted on other adobe air forum yesterday: gpu render mode not working on nexus 7 air 21+   the adobe docs release notes list devices have gpu rendering disabled, release notes don't seem have here.   is there list available devices adobe has dropped gpu render mode support in newer versions of air?  important moving forward, since i'm sure users going start requesting refunds apps play terrible on devices after updates, , we'd keep track of devices affected know whether there valid claim refund or not. hello all   another weird 1 here. have run issue when go , open save indesign file shortcut ctrl+p several other ctrl based short cuts including zooming in , out on spread (ctrl+, ctrl- or ctrl+0) not work. here weird part, if drop in text box brings ability use other ctrl shortcuts open file instance. moment close file , open saved file or open same file again same issue occurs. note though, if not have file open ctrl shorcuts work apply such opening new file (ctrl+n). when working brand new file ctrl shortcuts work. when open saved file issue works.   is else having issue?   is there fix?   thanks russ   message edited by: russell bombka two possible solutions:   (1) restore indesign preferences:   trash, replace, reset, or restore application preferences   (2) find conflicting third-party software   there conflicting third-party software on computer. example, chrome plug-ins. restart computer. launch indesign first before open else , see if problem goes away.   More discussions i

hi all,   i'm maintaining extensive portfolio of flex (sdk 3.5) based products, run on browser based flash player plugins, , following announcement of google chrome hiding flash player behind click-to-start mechanism, reviewing target runtime best our products.   i understand adobe still officially supports , develops air, there clarity on long term (>5 years now) roadmap of product ? would converting flex code run in air safe bet ensure future compatibility on platforms in runs on?   i've been looking @ alternative runtimes. there initiatives try compile mxml html5 compatible css/js - flexjs, don't support stuff amf or e4x make useless in our situation. javafx option mean rebuilding our entire codebase scratch.   we have 10 years of development in flex source code in our repositories , seems such waste have rebuild all. options, , guarantees available, ensure availability of our products' runtimes in future?   i presume there must many devs facing problem, , wonderi
