How can i deactivate my licenses for computers i can't boot (photoshop cs3 and creative suite 3)

dear forum,

 

a trojan virus forced reset 2 of our computers. 1 creative suite 3 , other photoshop cs3.

 

we forgot deactivate licenses software packages.

 

1st step install software on computers no problem. activate licenses , restart computer. after restart have no connection internet , yellow triangle in task bar symbol. uninstall adobe software , internet connection works again.

 

i think problem caused licences, because forgot deactivate before reset. hope can solve problem!

you can request adobe support reset activations thru chat.  need serial number(s) proceed.

make sure logged in adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear cookie cache.  if fails connect try using different browser.

bonjour,   une image sera plus parlante pour expliquer mon problème : je souhaite appliquer une couleur/texture pour mes routes, j'ai donc utiliser l'outil plume pour délimiter le contour qui m'intéresse. or celui-ci comprend les terres pleins, auxquels je souhaite appliquer une autre couleur/texture, même problème pour le rond point par exemple. comment puis-je soustraire une sélection (pas sur du terme) pour retrouver un terre plein blanc svp ?   sur photoshop cela correspondrait soustraire une selection     en espérant avoir été clair !   merci bcp ! After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
