i working on toc epub made. toc being used epub reader navigation , it's appearing in body of book. 1 of problems i'm having text comes out in uppercase toc appears in book. toc body text style generated default isn't set uppercase, don't know why happening.   i opened story editor , tried manually change type lower case, 1 character @ time, i'm getting unpredictable results. namely, if place cursor left of uppercase character , hit delete key, notice of entries below lose opening , closing hyperlink markers. yet, if place cursor right of same character , press backspace, don't lose other hyperlinks. why happen? thought should able add/delete text want, long it's between opening , closing hyperlink markers. one of problems i'm having text comes out in uppercase toc appears in book.   in viewer/previewer? os platform? tablet app? i having terrible problems bridge , it's crucial daily workflow. appreciated! opens when try select folder or file nothing happens. if leave few minutes can select file, nothing happens again few minutes. if come can select file again. have tried uninstalling , deleting data reinstalling several times. can't drag files or folders in interface, don't know if because program running slow or what. i have tried latest update , have tried older version from http://www.adobe.com/uk/products/bridge.html same problems.   i on latest version of windows 10 decent system. can continue working on other things while bridge open , work fine, whole system doesn't seem slow or anything.   eta: okay noticed when manage select file preview in preview window appears straight away wheel keeps spinning ages, until metadata appears. not sure if relevant. update: have been through troubleshooting step step troubleshoot adobe bridge errors , freezes including disabling antivirus, went throu

i working on large document , want have chunks of text stand out colored backgrounds. since living document see significant changes on pretty regular basis, i'd have text flow without breaking separate boxes. there way rules or shading effect? (see image below--the gray boxes i'm trying replicate.) tried shading in order color above first line of text, color goes outside text box, makes complications reflow if text ends starting @ top of page. don't want use inset spacing on text box itself, because won't applicable text within box. i'd love suggestions! have looked @ new paragraph shading feature? might have combine rule above , below height. i bought cs5 several years ago. thought contained illustrator, dreamweaver, photoshop, indesign , acrobat. have dreamweaver in old computer. have new computer , have used cds install indesign, photoshop , acrobat. (i don't want illustrator.) there's no dreamweaver on cds. can download dreamweaver adobe site when have bought it? other downloads contains links download old versions of creative suite. i downloaded eps file istock.  there foreign characters appearing in drop down menus.  see image below.  know how change these english? i guess they've been created in different language version of illustrator using character set version doesn't support. rename brushes etc.in way makes sense you, doubt there's other way of changing them english. i exporting pdf document word when takes of text on each page , makes footnote.  destroys formating , makes impossible edit word document.  cutting , pasting text footnotes text places uneditable carriage return after each word.   i have adobe pdf export account.   any ideas? the quality of result depends on how file created. pretty difficult export word. when pdf  file created created on windows word using the acrobat ribbon, markers created in pdfs file make round tripping easier when handling same file printed pdf. know not being helpful helpful. old time user of acrobat, seems criticism how bear dances rather wonder bear can dance. can offer alternatives. can download trial of acrobat , see if better. can try see if exporting plain text improvement. print file paper, scan, run ocr in trial of acrobat pro. nice if export pdf perfect. somethings is, not. hi, ask because have completed site designed fixed width site.  after specifying width 960px in site properties assumed present each page @ constant width.  not so.  after while saw page dimension showing @ 1100px making column measurements joke.  managed correct mysterious behaviour reverting fluid width specification , deleting 1100px measurement. noticed despite specifying page height @ 500 px sticky footer appeared in plan view in square shaped format footer right across middle - suggesting there masses of space below.  however, when viewed in design view there no white page beneath footer. so muse remember measurements , sizes previous sites - , why, better  - how avoid it.   i can send muse file if required. hi! i'm using current version of ae cc, updated few days ago. working off default settings. purchased workstation computer has 64 gigs of ram @ moment, 250 gb solid state drive,1 tb external drive, , 8 core processor. found out ae not support nividea graphics card sadly, may slowing me down. i can't preview without 5 minute wait, , audio preview joke.over program runs slow can't use unless want sit , watch things load 90 percent of sitting. strange since blender runs quick. my question is; have buy make puppy work in real time? money no issue- if need graphics card supported have no problem buying titan or whatever needed, if need dual cpu can no problem, can go terabyte of ram here. before spend money though, thing should focus on more? ae use speed? i have been using ae year on mac similar speed issues- except mac had percent of specs current computer has. thank way advice! what in project? make big difference in how ae works. if have couple of shape layers moving aroun

i have really strange thing going on in adobe color management. have macbook pro , eizo cg243 connected , eizo cg210. when have picture on calibrated eizo monitor , toggle between standard screen mode, full screen mode menu bar, , full screen mode f key looses colorprofile , picture gets more saturated , more red. if open color settings window right colorprofile pops in again , looks again. going on , how can rid of annoying phenomena. doesn't happen on macbook monitor. on external eizo.   macbook pro yosemite 10.10.5 grafikcard intel iris pro 1536 mb photoshop cc 2015 (just updated) what's happening apparently wrong display profile used, mbp profile instead of eizo profile. shift colors described.   why happens don't know. remember couple of similar reports year or (found 1 in sidebar "more this": https://forums.adobe.com/message/6881845#6881845 )   i haven't seen in while, may yosemite bug later fixed. suggest search more previous threads. i having issue codecs associated quicktime while using both premiere 5.5 , premiere cc running on windows 7 boxes.  recent recommendation apple uninstall quicktime windows environment, company made decision comply.  without quicktime, of .mov files show media unavailable.  there way codecs work premiere , these types of files?  tried k-lite codec packs no success, , deleted media cache files without success.   i know can convert files else using media encoder, , re-import them 10+ years of files, hoping avoid if possible.  has found workaround @ point?  thank you! i have never installed qt, canon camera creates mov files work ppro cs6   i did install vlc player http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html , **think** read somewhere vlc installs "something like" qt codec able play mov files   if true (read @ above link) may solve problem More discussions in Premiere Pro CC adobe

hello, i've finished editing video wish upload youtube. found exported video file not unplayable via quicktime (i'm using macbook pro os x el capitan) , vlc, won't upload onto youtube. or, more accurately, youtube not recognise file type when reaches 'processing' stage. here's problem, firstly, far i'm aware, have met of youtube's requirements. file .mp4, correct video codec , settings. after checked many websites ensure of settings , have tried exporting these , keep receiving same error. attempted export in different formats youtube accepts, , when managed export 1 did work, realised file had been cut down 30 seconds (from 3 minutes 45) , had visual glitches. clearly, problem coming exporting stage why can't play files usb drive (the location i'm exporting to). to clarify things, here's summary of settings tried following youtube's guides: i've been attempting export video correctly entire afternoon now. i've exported videos bef

i have come project (cc2015 latest version) finish off edits.   the version has been updated since last using project , there 1 group of files not link correctly.   the footage taken on ex3 , files have linked togeher (so _08, _09, _10 etc same length , same clip) when relinking footage timecodes within orginal clip appear wrong...   this picture of edit... can see has not linked correctly. can drag 464_5194_08 left , there rest of footage, full clip still working 1 long clip how edited, not in correct place , clip being used in multiple timelines , changing clips way take long time.   (ie. clip 54 minutes long , in picture used 0.00-0.54, premiere thinks 0.45-0.54 simplistic way of putting it)   i have tried replacing footage _09, _10 , relinking footage, deleting original file , replacing , nothing working.   i think there must issue metadata , how premiere has interpreted cannot work out how fix it.   i had modified parts clip audition, might have caused meta data change, don't
