hello,   issue: trying print number of documents scanned, enhanced in acrobat dc.  2 color backgrounds (one pink , 1 yellow) print faint normal page (very hard read) , normal (not faint) zoomed in upper left corner of page on top of (upper left 40% or so).  whether using color or grayscale.  1 document 8.5x11 , 1 5.5x8.5.   attempted fixes: tried printing fit, normal size, , custom scale 100%. continues print light (barely readable) full normal page, overprinted zoomed in upper left corner.   configuration data: using macintosh version of acrobat pro dc 2015 classic release, 2015.06.30172.  using mac pro (mid 2010) operating system 10.11.5 (el capitan).  printer hp laserjet m551.   any suggestions?   v/r, jim More discussions in Printing & Prepress adobe

i set new computer, hp z240 windows 7pro, nvidia quadro 1200 graphics card & samsung cf390 series 24 inch curved monitor, lightroom, updated os, drivers , related program content before installing lightroom.  in particular, liked computer had no bloatware, program conflict shouldn't issue.  during use lightroom , active(partial or full window display) random, momentary display blanking.  when display , lr running pixelation across lr workspace (see image).  have tried reinstalling lr , adjusting settings on monitor, video card , computer, nothing seems work.  welcome suggestions might source of problem, looking forward moving 13" laptop lr use. first turn off option use gpu in lr preferences under performance tab , test. hello all...again have - out of mind - question. client asked have jump through hoops...and again, it's 1 of things don't see possible...so, here am.   i have captivate 6 presentation published pdf...the final pdf has attachments user view/download via attachment panel...the client wants bookmarks via acrobat well.   as far know, acrobat bookmarks page related , captivate presentation has popups, custom textboxes aa...so rebuilding in indesign not possibility...which produce acrobat bookmarks.   is there way bookmarks in acrobat captivate pdf?   thanks! i don't think possible.  point out, because bookmarks static objects (not page related, can have several bookmarks on pdf-page). pdf created captivate interactive pdf: 1 flash movie playing interactive object in pdf page. background: have totally completed app quite few articles , collections throughout works in our preflight version. have reached point we'd send out app few hundred people within our clients organization testing while work on getting published in app store. obviously, we'd send them "published" aem version , keep preflight ourselves can edit need on next few weeks.   problem: we've published of content , created link same certificates created link preflight app reason in published version, articles unavailable. my creative cloud annual subscription due renewal on 25th of month , wondering if there discounts or offers renewing customers? the reason ask because adobe used give quite product discounts repeat customers when software sold standalone downloads before creative cloud.   i idea of having access whole suite of tools if need them because never know project client may request i'm not sure can justify paying same price second year because used illustrator , acrobat 95% of time. i'd better off buying individual downloads illustrator , acrobat because pay subscription whole suite luxury of having access them.   so, before make decisions, wanted ask if there discounts or promotional offers available repeat customers of creative cloud suite. maybe loyalty discount good ol' days ! there none know of.  if @ all, discounts have been offered first go around , after prices change normal levels.  students increase after first year, though not full price. i continue fed up, illustrator not remembering running script scripts menu, after illustrator shut down. every time reopen have run script, , reload saved actions can utilize scripts easier.   has created script runs when illustrator starts, runs menu script, , loads saved actions? if not, know if possible, create. i got following approach. you still have run script, have once, , rely on folders inside of documents folder. re: actions: "insert menu item" script still not saving cs6   you can auto-hotkey or applescript show file-menu though, , i'm lazy enough / don't use many actions scripts, there reloading way tolerable. i downloaded court document...  when copy , paste telephone number it, on screen reads 1 number, when copy/paste pastes number different.   any ideas cause this?   i'd know if document altered - must have been, how remember original number was?  , furthermore, how can prove altered? which version of acrobat? , pasting to? application produced?   in file > properties, see creation , modified dates application. may or may not find out if altered. when text deleted , retyped in application, impossible know original text was. wordperfect used store changes, don't know of other software does. acrobat not.   if go edit pdf > edit in acrobat dc, can see font used. acrobat dc.   if scanned , ocrd, may or may not have trouble copy , paste. newer versions of acrobat better, , there choices make when doing ocr affect outcome.
