i have searched answer. have 2 microsoft techs trying figure out , 1 adobe tech little help. i upgraded gen 1 surface pro using cs6. worked flawlessly until windows 10 update didn't ok download, downloaded... decided upgrade surface pro 4.   i use ai day everyday create illustrations children's publishing. been using ai on 10 years.   between troubleshooting , techs helping, have current updates, have uninstalled , reinstalled ai, have reset preferences in ai. have changed pen.   the pen reaction slow , sluggish. pressure sensitivity goes in , out. not work @ on cs6 files try edit. you have make mark repeatedly before program recognizes , makes mark on file...   i have 5 days fix or returning computer , going reset old 1 , go working on cs6...   please help, deadlines looming , have spent week trying fix techs , own troubleshooting... hi.   how eject media whilst keeping prelude project open?   this perplexing me. i'm sure finder in previous versions.   in finder, when eject says device being used i'd need quit app first.   there doesn't seem eject option in prelude think there should be. there's on in catalyst browser.   has fix or suggestion other rebooting software. have large , slow amounts of media going in , ejecting cf card not possible.   i yank out i'd suggest that's not option.   anyone???   ph i can't find "eject" setting either.   this may not officially proper suggestion ... years ago, got frustrated @ way various apps did or did not have 'ejection' options ... started pulling cf cards after transfers had 'cleared' "file manager" screens.   i've never had problem on ... knocking on closest solid wood ... , i've done thousands of times now.   your mileage vary applies. i have stand alone lr 6.5 on macbook running mavericks 10.9.5   everything working fine until today when tried use nik collection plug-ins. chose edit tiff copy of lightroom .dng file in nik collection output sharpening - plug in opened file exported lightroom did not load ie. see name of file screen didn't show image white , black checkered pane. sliders worked not see image @ all. went nik collection , found this:   crashes on mac os - nik collection help   i followed instructions , deleted duplicate ( greyed out , set off ) arial fonts thinking help.   after that, went lr , tried plug-in again. same happened - i.e. black , white checkered image pane. tried save file , export lr. exported tiff file did appear in lr black on preview pane. after no longer open lr - crashed every time i'm trying open it.   i'm thinking exported file somehow got corrupted don't know how resolve issue. can't find answers online. hi caris   please turn off graphics processor lightr

i've made best attempt @ using merge/split create complex table in indesign columns varying widths. (the person requesting work particular how columns arranged.) i have evga nvidia geforce 760 graphics card. whenever first open project in premiere cc after booting windows 7, message stating project last opened cuda enabled, isn't available on machine, software acceleration shall used instead. once open project , go project settings, sure enough, cuda not available renderer.   however, once close premiere , start again, don't message, , cuda available in project settings again.   although it's not major issue, it's frustrating starting working day having open premiere twice.   does know what's causing this? i've googled hell out of can't find answer. i had happen me yesterday when opening project in progress.  restarted computer , opened project again , ok, including rendered timeline. for several weeks (months?) i've been having incredibly annoying audio issues when using "usb audio codec" output in premiere (latest version).   i on retina macbook pro, thunderbolt cable going thunderbolt "hub", has speakers & monitor coming out of it.   in premiere & "audio midi setup", output appears "usb audio codec."   several times hour 1 or more of these occur: audio stops playing, hear subtle "clicking" (constant, whether playing or not) or total silence playback becomes jerky. playback becomes crackly. there delay before playback starts. editing becomes slow. premiere not responsive.   the way "fix" these issues 1 or more of: change default output in premiere>prefs>audio hardware "built in" , usb change sample rate force quit "coreaudiod" in activity monitor open "audio midi setup" , change sample rate in "format" restart premiere; and/or mac   when using &quo

i rearranging work space , moved windows cpu/tower 1 side of desk connected ethernet cable network. on starting indesign (now @ right side of desk , plugged network via different cable) id stalls/crashes @ starting panels load.   i moved machine original location (cable/port) , viola works has.   so why moving physically 1 side of desk *network, other cause fail?   internet browsing , workings fine id works original installation.   i have switched ports on router , no change in outcome.   i appreciate insights.   thank you sounds defective cable... i looking on getting specs on machine can run adobe product without issues.   right i'm on mid range dell , having lot of problems after effects locking up, photoshop.   what machine , processor can run these programs , not spend half time waiting on machine?   thanks, ae shouldn't "lock up" if have specs meet system requirements, there may other issues system. recommend backing data , starting fresh windows install before putting ton of money new system. also, while we're @ it, may possible add few things computer bump reasonable performance little money.   what actual specs of machine? "mid range dell" mean many different things depending on dell product line you're looking at!   just based on information in post, i'd suggest pulling out hard drive , putting couple of ssd's in machine (one os , programs , 1 ae's scratch discs). way fresh install of windows, fresh install of software, , don't overwrite old data. hallo, ich bin neu hier und bei premiere elements. habe mir vor kurzem ps und pr elements 14 gekauft.   ich möchte alte vhsen auf hd bringen. das geht auch von der hardware bei mir, allerdings nimmt mir premiere elements ums verrecken nur immer 10 sekunden auf.. auch wenn das video 8 minuten läuft und im aufnahmefenster aufgezeichnet wird! auch zählt es dort die gb runter... schaue ich um explorer die *.avi datei an, dann hat sie 1.347.079 kb egal ob ich sie per drag & drop oder per öffnen in premiere öffne: es sind 4 sekunden ;-((( ich werde noch wahnsinnig... auch weiss ich nicht (und ich habe noch nirgends eine info dazu gefunden im netz) wo und wie ich die in und out marken dazu bewegen kann dort zu bleiben wo ich sie hin schiebe! vor allem die out marke steht immer auf 30 sekunden..   das maximale scheint eh bei 10 minuten zu liegen ich aufnehmen kann stück, richtig?   würde mich sehr über eine hilfe freuen :-) vielen dank! this going difficult answer translation not optimal
