hi,   i having problems portfolio created, sending them out via email.   the problem people have adobe creative cloud can see attachments within portfolio of 14 attachments, people don't have adobe creative cloud can see 5 out of 14 of attachments. rest of attachments not there.   however if put attachments , saved 1 whole pdf, of course can see it.   but want not save 1 pdf , email see portfolio.   i hope can help.   kind regards, long which adobe program using create portfolio? i've downloaded acrobat dc , trying use edit previously-scanned b&w document (the document pdf large-format scan of sewing pattern -- line drawings , text).    what want delete (or @ least mask out) small portion of of detail on scanned document in order insert new text or make other corrections.  can't seem find tool anywhere on acrobat dc allow me select small section of pdf image , erase portion of image within selected boundaries, way can microsoft paint example.    is there " eraser " tool i'm missing?  or other method select , erase/delete small portion of pdf image?  do not want change overall dimensions of image, or affect rest of image @ erasing portion -- mask section white.   i'd grateful this.  if can't work, i'm going have cancel trial subscription acrobat, because it's useless me otherwise.   thanks! use redaction tool. currently run acrobat version 7 - dc. these appear each have own settings when comes opening pdfs , links in browser. instance, version 9 we've been unsuccessful trying print pdf web requires adobe reader installed. both these applications present on same machine later causing trouble when users trying work in acrobat. same version, acrobat 9, checking , unchecking 'display in browser' option doesn't seem working. has found trick each or of these versions required view pdfs in ie , within acrobat pro without later causing trouble?   to further background running windows 7 , internet explorer 11. appreciated. thank you! so bizarre. it's worked flawlessly months. today - when go "composition" > "add adobe media render q"... exports 1 piece of art composition - though manually selected 1 element, , exported - did not. over, , over... no matter how many different ways try export it, save it, render it, etc - same result.   what missing? super frustrated. did mistakenly make 1 layer guide layer?  3d stuff , camera doesn't see it?  when set 3d stuff up, did check active camera view? i updated cc , tried transferring workspace, sadly couldn't find folder in preferences folder in library said should able on tutorial saw. i'm using mac on el capitan.   here looks when try save workspace after adjusting manually preferred settings. please! this when within new document. have been using illustrator long time , used making new workspaces, isn't working. that's weird. folder set read-only?   but let's go original question: move old workspace new version on mac. in example assuming english, v18 v19. can substitute language and/or versions if different. open finder hold opt key open go menu display otherwise hidden library folder click on library preferences > illustrator 18 > en_us > workspaces select , copy custom workspaces navigate library > preferences > illustrator 19 > en_us > workspaces paste in custom workspaces. hi, worked on motion mask couple hours , made sure cover every frame. did not miss frame , made sure fps same in both composition settings , render settings. mask looks fine when preview (by pressing 0) , ive tried every camera view (full, quarter, third, etc) , looks fine. however, when render file, mask falls out of place if frames have been compressed/displaced or switched around.   the image in  project vs render the image above after render how did create mask? what, exact, version number of ae using? i spent 4+ hours editing photos photoshoot. , don't want lose editing work did. intended remove 1 photo (from lr only), i've done before, somehow after did it, there no more photos in album left. i've never had happen before. seems others have experienced this, after doing research. maybe had images selected (didn't think did), or it's issue lr.   is there way can retrieve metadata & editing work associated photos??? hate lose hard work did.   unfortunately, editing in 1 session, nothing saved previous backup & closed out of lr after happened thinking quirk might resolve after close/reopen. prompted me backup, did incase, folder still says 0 photos.   any appreciated. did have option write xmp sidecar files activated? check folders explorer/finder if there xmp files same name original files. what lr , os version, type of photo files? i placing text ms word comprising list of "entries". each entry 4 or 5 lines. top line has name on left , phone number right aligned. there thousands of entries. when place text phone number not right aligned. know how can phone number placed on right in indesign? what in between name on left , phone number should right-aligned? can replace right indent tab (shift+tab). in example below, first line has tab, second right indent tab, pushes after right margin. for thousands of entries don't want manually... if can figure out in between 2 can search , replace ^y. in example above, if wanted replace tabs right indent tabs, search ^t (a tab) , replace ^y (a right indent tab). tl;dr: there way compare current version previous version of creative cloud software, illustrator?   i oftentimes need know functionality , tools have been added/removed/changed between current cc version of program , older one, such cs6 or cs5 version. example, @ moment i'm planning illustrator workshop participants use cs6, whereas have cc version. in order avoid confusion, if tools , functionality want show existed in older version of program or have been changed since then.   is there source list functionality changes , possibly allow me compare different versions? prefer not have read through endless pages of changelogs (provided find those).   alternatively, while searching discovered can install older versions of software cc application. can i, example, install illustrator cs6 alongside cc installation , run both simultaneously compare them 'manually'? or screw illustrator cc installation?   thank you! technically separate versions function independently. caveat fe

i'm running latest version of premiere pro cc on windows 10.   i'm running 2 monitors computer, can open premiere pro on primary monitor , works fine. however, when open premiere pro on secondary monitor not playback video in either program monitor or source monitor, still play clip or sequences audio. also, if open premiere pro on primary monitor, move bins across secondary monitor , open source clips there, both monitors freeze. this extremely frustrating means secondary monitor no useless whilst editing, haults workflow if accidentally open in it. i'm not sure if know on mac if secondary window pixel or 2 overlapping primary monitor many of functions don't work. took me while figure out since overlap isn't @ visible , of course it's way window opened. comments added pdf created in adobe acrobat x on windows 7 pc. these comments viewed in adobe acrobat x on el capitan mac. when comments added 9 point. when view comments on pc appear 9 point. when view comments on mac appear 80 point. know why happens , how fix it?   thank you acrobat x not supported on mac os x el capitan, it's not surprising seeing weird things. unless happens in version supported under el capitan there unfortunately nothing can besides either upgrading acrobat, or downgrading mac os x.
