hi all,   one of our customers got new pc , have acrobat pro 9 on it. acrobat pro 9 activated on old pc , need use same license key new one.   i have used belarc extract license info when try use same license key on new pc, says not valid.   the license have volume license , supposed auto deactivate old pc when put on new one. i decided "a idea" re-organise photos on computer , hard drive.   this involved putting in new root folders on computer , external hard drive , moving others off computer, solely on external hdd.   anyway, when went lightroom, saw lot of photos greyed out , saying "cannot locate original file". thought nothing of , began re-sync folders.   once sync complete went lightroom , noticed whilst still had original raw files corrections made missing.   is there anyway of getting these back?   thanks in advance suggestions! synchronize folders thinks photos found brand new photos lightroom had never seen before , therefore these photos have no edits.   synchronize not way fix these problems of "cannot locate original file". in fact, not fail fix problem, makes worse, have seen.   the easiest way go restore recent backup copy of lightroom catalog file made before of movement of photo files. find recent backup of of photos , restore original locations. should work

i making banner collage of different images on it, , have been dragging images make them smaller , larger transform controls. doing this, lower quality of image when scale make smaller image , drag make image larger? know scaling image larger original size reduce quality, if make smaller bigger reduce it?   [all upper case changed sentence case mod] yes, time transform image, compromises quality. way around use smart objects. can resize , not destroy original image in layer. i think may have similar problem.  can , have burned project avchd disk, watched on newer player.  however, can't figure out how burn project dvd disk, viewing on older players.  pe tells me can't find burner when i'm in dvd mode, when switch avchd, promptly identified drive.  had no problems burning dvd disks in previous versions of pe (i'm in pe 14) same computer , drive , older operating system (now i'm in windows 10).  if create new project dv ntsc format (720 x 480) , put photo it, can't pe recognize burner in dvd mode (but still in avchd mode).  suggestions? your set-up , experience same set-up , experience. thing amazes me how able produce dvds on earlier versions of windows , premier elements without hassle , same process complicated , in case, easier use product producing videos.   good luck endeavours. i've had performance issues premiere pro last year or so. techs adobe have taken on machine tens of times, i've uninstalled/reinstalled several times. first thought problem trashcan style mac pro - year ago apple replaced brand new 12 core 32gb monster should able handle absolutely , more - , through many updates of cc there have been - i'm still having same issues. 
   issues:
 • playback terrible. @ lower resolutions. stutters, doesn't keep - sorts of problems. • shuttle non-existent.  dragging playhead - audio plays should - video stays is. • multicam - same thing. strange behavior , terrible performance. difficult work. 
• titler - strange one. when open titler- forget it. beach ball of death makes appearance , takes forever anything. totally falls apart. • ame: when export ame - exports fine. - can't quit ame. "quits" - can't shut down computer because hasn't quit. still shows in forequit window - won't let me force quit it. again - it'

i came across odd 'limit' on file upload. server set receive files 100gb. using same client code, , same server side code, on mac or win running air 22 able upload files 30,40,50, ... gb. on android, seem able upload 7,454 kb or 7,469 kb of file, , stops (if file smaller, works, if larger stops @ 1 of these sizes every time). using  file.upload(uploadurl)  - same url works mac/win. there sort of limit on upload size of files on android? i have tried several configurations on android, still maximum file size uploaded 7,469 kb. limitation on air 22, on android, on file.upload, or should use different method upload? i use same sub folders export presets. sub folders typically "web-1000px","web-2000px", "squarespace", "nikonians",etc. in other words generic.   when end make export preset select "chose folder later"   however not allow me specify sub subfolder.     so if this. when use preset, sub folder can't predefined part of preset , must type in.   i adobe allow sub folder defined @ time preset created, if folder not specified, unless there's way address issue. imho, you're writing contradictory.   you either choose later or specify in preset. hi all, got new printer , appear saved (prior new printer) user templates in print module no longer set paper size correctly means print layout saved in user template messed up.  user templates speaking to, laid out on 13x19 paper , when select the user template appears default 8.5x11 paper size (but print module reports paper: (none) , lr squeezes photo layout smaller 8.5x11 paper size making them overlap.   if create new 13x19 layout , save new user template works expected.   i can report saved prints within library - collection appears broken in similar fashion.  ie when select arrow next print icon (which takes print module) shows print on paper: (none) looks 8.5x11 when used on 13x19 paper size.   all can think of around time of new printer.  moved epson stylus 1400 epson p600 if helps folks troubleshoot issue.   currently running lr cc 2015.5.1 on win10 64 bit.   questions: - has else seen issue? - there fix? - there way "restore/fix" saved user templates or saved print

hello,   i have been working vendor issue fixed have had no success of yet thought i'd reach out , see if in same situation software trouble interfacing adobe reader xi. have application called proformance info-capture (v5.0) use capture electronic signatures sends documents our document management software. adobe reader 11.0.13 installed (as certified for) can pull data form fields right info-capture , index form based on data generated in fields without issue. however, if update latest patches communication broken , our forms pull through without reading of data , need entered , indexed in software manually. proformance has not ben able bottom of thought shoot out there , see happens. assuming on info-capture side of things code isn;t working after security hole patched i'm not sure. if has worth looking @ i'd appreciate suggestions. we (adobe) have no idea info-capture doing in software – ones can here.  sorry. updated adobe muse 2015.1.2.44... didn't create duplicate of previous muse website (yes, stupid. need maintain discipline always!).   my website based on motion scroll effects. they're bugged out in newest update. example, several elements on page have '0' set motion values, making sure stay pinned on page no matter what's moving around them.   unfortunately newest update, this, amongst other motion scrolling effects buggy. elements not respond way they're suppose (their values sporadic when testing page... don't they're suppose to. elements aren't suppose move @ according values set, move away intended location when scrolling occurs. don't go original location either when trying return original position of web page.   i've tried go previous version , tried restore previous file, no avail.   i know updates tricky , necessary keeping technology pace... however, seems me recent updates coming out adobe increasingly fickle. speedgrade 2015 huge

hi there, i using id cs6 on windows 7.   issue 1: my index file has 3 vertical columns containing names book. trying establish is:   horn, johnny             25 hornblower, allistair    49   the invisible sign between words , numbers ">>". the names should left-aligned , page numbers right-aligned. if set whole text "right-aligned" work but: id keeps making lines breaks though there's enough room. this:   hornblower, allistair                           49 t he minimum space between words , numbers set large. where can change prevent getting 2 lines instead of one?   issue 2: how can prevent id change font everytime update index file?   thank help. don't use tabulator (^t) right tabulator (^y, shift-tab) before numbers. use last line right intend , right intend paragraph, similar hanging intends bullets @ beginning of paragraph, here @ end. i have been holding off hoping go away, after being reassured colleges , friend window 10 run adobe cc products took plunge , updated. until sorts out wished had not. have managed resolve small annoying issues emails , common preferences etc , losing toolbars on homepage real issues have come light when started opening adobe programs. had enough foresight not have projects still on go before updating. the 3 wo main issues have appear related screen sizing ,resolution , colour taskbars in premiere pro cc, after effects cc  , speed. 1.the operating speed has reduced crawl when loading , refreshing. 2. cannot seem complete full screen , have lower border showing on bottom. 3. borders on panels in premiere pro , after effect have changed white , suspect may comes screen sizing. i no real expert more of work through , ask person, have attached several screenshot explain issues. i current on windows 10 adobe cc 2015 apps. wondering if need uninstall  effected programs , reinstall, if might s

i read filter->render->clouds uses foreground , background color create clouds. i choosed white foreground , blue background white clouds in front of blue sky. but filter creates grey colored background , clouds seem grey, got this:   i choosed values document:   the left side of photoshop window:   the right side of photoshop window:   then choosed filter->render->clouds. so why clouds , background grey and not white , blue although choosed white , blue for foreground , background? try inverting colors , see if blue clouds. we developing interactive pdf using itext. use various interactive component in pdf such drillable grid, chart, sorting etc. , each of requires java script. when pdf runs on windows works okay on pdf reader, same pdf when opened on mobile, java script doesn’t work. looking develop customized viewer have inbuilt java script these set of controls complement limitation of mobile device. pdf opened within viewer have same interactivity viewed on pc , laptop. can have solution this? i have colored boxes on master pages, on edges edge of pages matches color of tabbed dividers section. today, i've been working on variations of file couple of weeks now, boxes contain right curly brackets span height , width of each box. each box still has content setting of unassigned, yet brackets persist. when change size of boxes, brackets distort match new box dimensions. need turned off , may recreate boxes, i'd know did can undo it. heck, can see use behaviour, want control when happens.   any idea of might have done cause this? sadly website hacked.  after purchasing site lock dreamweaver believe has been cleaned up.  i'd update homepage, don't want infect site more junk.   the attached jpg shows things attached homepage. i'm sure did not attach of them page. don't see them until @ page "live". haven't found me figure out how remove them.  suggestions?   thank you. when 1 of sites hacked, host restored 1 of backups , well. if host not able (el-cheapo), delete of remote files , reload files keep locally. never download files local machine.
