Adobe Premiere Pro cc 2015 vs KERNELBASE.DLL

i have been plagued issue months now... premiere pro cc 2015 crashes when file explorer dialog window called within premiere. importing, or selecting export folder causes crash. have issue happening on 5 machines! contacted adobe support months ago, remote controlled pc , saw how easy crash premiere. solution was" corrupt user profile...."   created new user account on pcs , deleted old account, month later problem returned. have seen issue arise in computers new weeks. adobe claims crash windows fault cannot find other symptom of user profile corruption. had put hope on win 10 version:1511 os build: 10586.318  upgrade did not fix issue. going on 3rd batch of new user accounts. nothing else crashes not premiere cc 2014.  have seen @ least 5 different posts on issue yet not real solution. creating new user account each month insanity, specially when there nothing wrong else.

bonjour,   une image sera plus parlante pour expliquer mon problème : je souhaite appliquer une couleur/texture pour mes routes, j'ai donc utiliser l'outil plume pour délimiter le contour qui m'intéresse. or celui-ci comprend les terres pleins, auxquels je souhaite appliquer une autre couleur/texture, même problème pour le rond point par exemple. comment puis-je soustraire une sélection (pas sur du terme) pour retrouver un terre plein blanc svp ?   sur photoshop cela correspondrait soustraire une selection     en espérant avoir été clair !   merci bcp ! After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
