Photoshop lags when switching selected layer

whenever change layer selected in layers pane lags second before changing.

 

i have nice brand new computer should not having problems running photoshop.

 

the specs are....

 

gigabyte ga-z170xp-sli mobo

nvidia gtx 960

i5-6400 skylake

256gb ssd

16gb ram

windows 7 pro

650w gold power supply

 

 

anyone else having problem or know how fix it?

 

please help!!!

bonjour,   une image sera plus parlante pour expliquer mon problème : je souhaite appliquer une couleur/texture pour mes routes, j'ai donc utiliser l'outil plume pour délimiter le contour qui m'intéresse. or celui-ci comprend les terres pleins, auxquels je souhaite appliquer une autre couleur/texture, même problème pour le rond point par exemple. comment puis-je soustraire une sélection (pas sur du terme) pour retrouver un terre plein blanc svp ?   sur photoshop cela correspondrait soustraire une selection     en espérant avoir été clair !   merci bcp ! After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
