swap characters in the project stackorder

what method need (is possible anyway)  change stack order  of actors in project timeline?

i introduced background , cannot seem drag character in front of it. there shortcut or achieve this?

when rebuild project lot of  behavior settings (like hold in place) lost.

yes, possible move character or down.

 

select character in timeline, , go timeline/arrange , see 2 options (to move or down), , associated keyboard shortcuts.
