Transfer of ownership of Creative Cloud for Teams

i have few questions possibility of transfer of ownership of creative cloud teams subscription me different user.

 

1) possible transfer ownership of subscription different account? or have cancel subscription , have successor create new subscription?

 

2) creative cloud teams subscriptions allows software installed on 2 computers. have creative cloud teams installed on work computer , home computer (i work @ home days).

 

my successor take on work computer.

 

if possible transfer ownership of subscriptions successor, , uninstall software home computer, free slot successor use on or own home computer?
