eLearning Assets folder for Captivate 8

i have elearning assets folder on computer when try add character captivate prompts me download characters again.  should elearning asset folder live on computer?  right path....

 

documents\adobe\elearningassets\characters_8_0

 

should in folder instead?  if not, 1 should under?

 

program files\adobe\adobe captivate 8 x64\gallery

 

i've seen few other questions no specific answers issue.  appreciated!!

the whole bundle elearning assets never installed in installation folder of captivate (where gallery is), avoid issues users not have admin rights, , hence no access program files folder.

the assets reason installed in public documents (for windows), because every user has access documents. don't know if on mac, there should similar structure there.

for same reason there copy of layouts , interactions folders in public documents. original folders can found in gallery. if insert interaction, you'll insert public documents.

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
