Print Module - Saved User Templates - Broken! - Paper: (none)

hi all, got new printer , appear saved (prior new printer) user templates in print module no longer set paper size correctly means print layout saved in user template messed up.  user templates speaking to, laid out on 13x19 paper , when select the user template appears default 8.5x11 paper size (but print module reports paper: (none) , lr squeezes photo layout smaller 8.5x11 paper size making them overlap.

 

if create new 13x19 layout , save new user template works expected.

 

i can report saved prints within library - collection appears broken in similar fashion.  ie when select arrow next print icon (which takes print module) shows print on paper: (none) looks 8.5x11 when used on 13x19 paper size.

 

all can think of around time of new printer.  moved epson stylus 1400 epson p600 if helps folks troubleshoot issue.

 

currently running lr cc 2015.5.1 on win10 64 bit.

 

questions:

- has else seen issue?

- there fix?

- there way "restore/fix" saved user templates or saved prints 13x19 paper size?

- lr save "printer specific" information within saved prints or user templates?  (i wouldn't have thought so)

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
