Acrobat DC: My cloud version that I subscribe to doesn't work.

i subscribe creative cloud.  month or ago in pinch , when cc acrobat dc didn't work, downloaded trial version.  has expired , can't dc work in full.  account paid.  !!

please launch trial version acrobat pro dc , give message window trial has expired .

on same window, see option 'license software' , please click on option & enter credentials licensing program .

then after check acrobat program , work fine .
