Trouble with Info-Capture Application interfacing with pdf documents from Reader XI

i have been working vendor issue fixed have had no success of yet thought i'd reach out , see if in same situation software trouble interfacing adobe reader xi. have application called proformance info-capture (v5.0) use capture electronic signatures sends documents our document management software. adobe reader 11.0.13 installed (as certified for) can pull data form fields right info-capture , index form based on data generated in fields without issue. however, if update latest patches communication broken , our forms pull through without reading of data , need entered , indexed in software manually. proformance has not ben able bottom of thought shoot out there , see happens. assuming on info-capture side of things code isn;t working after security hole patched i'm not sure. if has worth looking @ i'd appreciate suggestions.

we (adobe) have no idea info-capture doing in software – ones can here.  sorry.

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
