Why does Adobe Premiere Pro titles refuse to update my Titles?

why adobe premiere pro titles refuse update

 

premiere cc v9.2 . i'm finding need quit premiere able modify titles – i'll make changes in title window when close window changes discarded until restart program.

restart computer.

hold down shift+alt while opening premiere.
