Is there a way to apply an anchor "effect" on a master page but modify the anhcor point on each individual page?

okay, i'll try explain can.

 

i'd create button bottom of pages on website. button take user top of page have been scrolling down. there way apply button anchor point on master page? right seems applying anchor master page creates anchor point pages, fine. problem if create button on master page well, can link 1 of anchors button on different pages takes same anchor point instead of scrolling top of page user on. means still have go , place button each page individually.

 

i think problem solved if there way select "top of page" anchor point. if not possible, second option apply button , anchor on master page , go each page , link button anchor on page. there way customize master page content on individual pages?

to start latter in question: no.

there's no option "override" master page items (as in indesign).

 

i tried spell link of master page button "#top" muse prefixes "http:/", rendering link useless.

 

so getting half of automation (the top anchor) can get. need create , link "go top" button on each page manually. too bad !
