WACOM Cintiq 20" pen stops working in PS and plugins

i have wacom 20" pen tool running in windows 10 on dell xps system 16gb ram , 3 tb hd (2 drives). stops working in photoshop sometimes.

the pen tool stops working of sudden, randomly, in photoshop. solution recalibrate pen tool on monitor. works in ps (cc 2015).

the pen tool stops working in plugins - again, randomly no indication why. recalibrating pen not solve problem. thing works close apps , reboot. that, can imagine, horrible stop in work , can happen several times in day or not several days in between. unpredictable.

does have ideas?

bonjour,   une image sera plus parlante pour expliquer mon problème : je souhaite appliquer une couleur/texture pour mes routes, j'ai donc utiliser l'outil plume pour délimiter le contour qui m'intéresse. or celui-ci comprend les terres pleins, auxquels je souhaite appliquer une autre couleur/texture, même problème pour le rond point par exemple. comment puis-je soustraire une sélection (pas sur du terme) pour retrouver un terre plein blanc svp ?   sur photoshop cela correspondrait soustraire une selection     en espérant avoir été clair !   merci bcp ! After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
