Has anyone been caught in a log-out loop when trying to login?


and, has else had deal adobe creative cloud customer support in india , endured unacceptable interaction? have problem account not letting me login, strange since can sign in here post forums. through customer service billing rep, tech rep , supervisor not have great handle on english language, , not particularly nice or helpful.

 

they way can me me giving them remote access computer. because of security reasons, not allow type of access unless know party connecting computer.

 

they tell me out of luck , problem not theirs since not give them access. ask transferred understands english better or located in united states. still out of luck...that ones know how me adobe products. refuse @ screen capture of when try login.

 

i can't believe this. whatever adobe saving in costs outsourcing india getting passed on customers cost in lost time , productivity.

basically when enter email , pw creative cloud, below , if try sign-in again, loops.

just check, able go adobe.com , log in there same id , password? can see account information? show valid current subscription? basic questions, know, wanted make sure account active , correct.

 

if yes, let know here , we'll try issue attention.
