Only getting audio when I import a Mov file

hi,

 

i'm running premier pro cc 2015.  have interview did in synced audio , video using pluraleyes.  used canon mark iii camera , zoom h1 audio recorder (with lav mic).  when try import synced video premiere i'm getting audio.  when import original camera file (with camera audio) works fine, reason synced version won't import video.  strange! 

 

the video plays fine on computer.  did install quicktime read somewhere else that's issue, it's still not working.  hmmmm . . .

 

i'm running windows 7 on dell.  here specs of computer:

intel i7-5600u cpu 2.60 ghz

8gb ram

64 bit

 

and here specs file:

 

video

1920 x 1080

data rate: 29765kbps

total bitrate: 31180kbps

frame rate: 23 f/s

 

audio

bit rate: 1414kbps

channels: 2 (stereo)

audio sample rate: 44khz

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
