Paypal Credentials

so looking sell website have created muse. website uses paypal within it. question is, although within muse can change paypal credentials use account, can else (my customer) change these credentials outside of muse?

some of muse contents can edited outside muse through inbrowser editing.

although can edit images, text, , contact info through that.

 

other kind of change or update, need have muse application along .muse file in system.
