Generating a Number from Selected Radio Buttons

i working on product form , wondering if there way generate number combination of selected radio buttons.

 

there formula in place use, wondering how incorporate fillable pdf. specific field filled generated number once 3 required questions answered.

 

there 6 possible numbers depend on 3 separate fields

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
