missing preview files continues make premiere unusable!

 

i'm sorry announce may not able edit anymore (for time being). adobe premiere pro cc has never worked on new computer last 2 years.

every single project has had either infamous audio missing problem , /or nowadays problem = "missing preview files".

 

every single project i've done ever since cc "creative cloud" came out has had issue , i've had pray , save snip-its @ time and  bend-over-backwards make copies of copies , screen shots barely save every single project.

 

it starts clean slate whereas project works fine , dandy. hour editing play line starts slow down ever-so-slightly. time goes by, several hours project, , tonight's project 5 minutes long 25 minutes of raw footage samsung cell phone @ 20 different clips, timeline starts glitch-out , slow down crawl.

 

by 3 hours editing, hitting play takes 6 seconds computer play timeline. moving clip position take 10 seconds computer register move, , then.......... whhhaaamoooo! stops working together.

 

tonight, after reboot play clips on particular track. "missing preview".

 

although didn't call them yet (it's 12:midnight) every single time i've talk adobe customer support in india. time real person, takes 1 3 hours on phone them, , after take control of computer, mess everything, change settings, can't work, , like, "i'm real sorry mr. tamayo, , think have corrupt timeline".

 

i've spent $50. x 12 months = 600./year x @ least 2 years ongoing problem (and it's (the same problem) migrated between 2 different computers i've owned). i've wasted on $1200. adobe premiere doesn't work!

 

why not legally liable me?

i deserve money back!

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
