RH 2015 How do I link to another project?

hi,

i've tried find answer on peter's site, can't seem locate it. generating responsive html.

although know rh not website tool, have been tasked creating new home page functions website:

 

requirements page are:

-  no visible toc

-  page functions user centre, i.e. there buttons on page link other pages within project.

   these buttons link to:

   -  entire user guide in 2nd project

   -  newsletters page in 2nd project

   -  release notes page in 2nd project

   -  additional pages in future.

-  buttons appear on home page should visible on linked pages - website - there nav bar @ top , buttons constant users can go 1 area of project another.

-  if possible, team rollover images used, don't think possible in robohelp. if is, can't see how. (i suggested if want website-functioning page, perhaps should dreamweaver.)

 

do need create these links 1 project another, or there way can create user centre page within existing project , have function described above?

i think can suppress toc in single source layout can’t you?

 

the other bits navigation topic links things want point using merged scenario (i believe; don’t use merged myself)
