Not able to see adobe pdf in printer - Adobe acrobat 8.0 pro


dear concerned,

 

we have license of adobe acrobat pro 8.

 

we not able create pdf file word/excel file. have followed below process create pdf.

 

  • opened adobe acrobat 8
  • click on create pdf
  • click on file
  • selected word file
  • while trying convert word or file pdf, getting error “unsupported file type of file has been damaged”. (getting error every word / excel file)
  • as suggested, after opened source word file
  • goto print
  • but adobe pdf printer not available

i using windows 8.1 pro 64-bit  os.

 

please provide solution possible.

please note adobe pdf printer functionality create pdf files  available adobe acrobat (paid version), , not adobe reader (free version).for manually installing pdf printer manually please refer article :- manually installing  pdf printer

also inform acrobat 8 pro not compatible win 8.1.
