ADOBE CC - Customer Service Fail to address my (Curves) problem and compensate for it.

history of events:

 

february 23rd:

i discovered adobe cc photoshop 2015 had issue program

-i import raw image

-apply curve

-feather curve

-save both psd , jpg

-image on psd file , jpg appear hard , non-feathered curve lines.

 

i report issue photoshop customer service, suggest update issue. uninstall , reinstall...it still occurred. customer service suggested use photoshop 2014.

 

i pay on hundred dollars old material? didn't think fair... anyways. waited.

 

march 4th:

 

i reinstalled 2015 , black lines still there.
-i message customer service, recognized issue (bug), , assured me problem fixed on next update.
-the last update adobe photoshop was  in november... (at point still paying)

-they recognized not fault , gave me 30days extension.

30 days after requested further extension since using inferior product. did not enable this. upset.
not paying full price, paying less.

 

they referred me (higher team) b.s. respond inquiries problem...
a response came told unable extension... end.

 

what kind of service that? still have black lines on jpgs , cannot produce prints on adobe photoshop 2015! not satisfied using outdated! point of subscription if don't use newest software?!?

 

i have attached image example, nothing special. there isn't suppose hard line on image, every image have saved edits produces hard lines! *note psd file, jpgs save , print same!

 

if have solution... ears, because adobe team can't me , won't compensate me either.
if interested in transcripts between customer service , i... have them.

are these adjustment layers masks? (i'm guessing yes, don't see rest of layers panel unfurled.)

 

the last photoshop cc update in january. (version 2015.1.2.)
