Old printer preferences crashes photoshop

hello!

 

we got new printer has replaced our old printer - now, whenever try print old document (a document saved before new printer) crashes photoshop.

 

it seems searching printer no longer exists, instead of reporting missing printer or switching pc's default printer, photoshop crashes out dialog box (ctrl-p = instant crash).

 

i have gone through photoshops preference file remove old printer, preferences seem saved actual document itself.

 

is there permanent fix this?

 

i'm using photoshop cc (up date)

windows 7 professional

did uninstall old printer driver?

try using file > print spacebar pressed.

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
