Premiere Pro goes "Not Responding" halfway through some renders?

so, go render project out, h.264, 1080p 23fps, , renders fine on of them. on works fine, halfway whole window turns grey , have close program.

this happens on larger projects, not ones cut videos, ones alot of fx , titles etc.

i on windows 7 pc, , have tried these things:

changing video format (changing 1080p 30fps, changing h.264 avi etc.)

reinstalling premiere pro through creative cloud.

copying , pasting current sequence another.

but none of them have worked. please help, desperate fix this! if need additional info please ask , reply asap!
