Linked smart objects: Relink vs Replace?

can please explain on earth difference between these? because sound same exact thing.

 

though me new smart object via copy labeling clear mud. had read blog article explained it, , got them backwards years. links panel shows embedded smart objects long on due photoshop if ask me.

good observation – replaced linked smart object still linked smart object result indeed seems same »relink file« … embedded smart objects result different.

personally not see urgent need (an html5 panel seems feasible) maybe want post feature request on @ (if none exists yet on issue):

edit: think 1 create html5 panel lists smart objects (linked or embedded etc.) not mean way …

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
