Acrobat License Limit Reached Error

when built baseline image our windows 7 machines, i
installed adobe acrobat 11 single serial number.  additionally, when acrobat 10 reached end of support, upgraded numerous machines either acrobat 11 or acrobat dc.  when did recycled serial numbers i
was in hurry.  please note we
have, , have had enough serial numbers copies of adobe on our
systems.  @ point application
realized serial numbers had been reused , started prompting people
to kick 1 out of application.
i went individual workstations, uninstalled software , then
reinstalled ensuring utilized unique serial number.  (this recommended adobe support).

 

unfortunately, did nothing resolve issue.  don’t know if registry key stuck and
causing issue or deal is.  any
assistance can provided great.
