Why can't we easily get a paid receipt? NOT the same thing as an invoice.

i'm adding voice many talking issue on various forums.  per our state regulations, must provide paid receipt our credit card records show paid , fact paid ($0 balance remaining).  not problem.  went in account, found place print invoice, shows balance remaining, if not yet paid.  looked , looked paid receipt, no luck.  searched site, searched forums found lots of other people same issue no resolution.

 

dear adobe, many of us, if not all, invoice not same thing paid receipt.

 

this seems crux of issue.  once got connected on live chat, sent me print out did not contain information purchased , didn't show 0 balance, replied support this:

"we'll try this, still shows total, rather "paid" amount. receiving receipt transaction such normal business practice, agree many forum entries should easy find invoice is.  shouldn't have dig, search , chat proof you've received our money.  please pass feedback along might it."

 

two business days later, received canned response, missed point:

"thank contacting adobe.

 

we apologize delay in response , inconvenience caused you. appreciate patience in regard.

 

 

 

we sorry [sic] that  there no option send invoices via email , need log in account download invoice,.

 

we take feedback , let our team know frustration .

 

the steps download , print invoices.

 

1. if you're not signed in, sign in www.adobe.com. sign in link located on top menu of pages.

2. after you've signed in, click name on navigation bar, , click manage account.

3. under plan & products section, click manage plan.

4. plan details, payment details, , billing history listed on page. print invoice, click print button next invoice.

5. click print icon of pdf viewer or choose file > print in browser print invoice.

i can print invoices day long ease.  isn't need or asked for.

 

if knows secret path paid receipt, in spite of these difficulties, please share it.  otherwise, if adobe reading this, please try understand actual problem , pass along need.
