Secondary monitor issues

i'm running latest version of premiere pro cc on windows 10.

 

i'm running 2 monitors computer, can open premiere pro on primary monitor , works fine. however, when open premiere pro on secondary monitor not playback video in either program monitor or source monitor, still play clip or sequences audio. also, if open premiere pro on primary monitor, move bins across secondary monitor , open source clips there, both monitors freeze.
this extremely frustrating means secondary monitor no useless whilst editing, haults workflow if accidentally open in it.

i'm not sure if know on mac if secondary window pixel or 2 overlapping primary monitor many of functions don't work. took me while figure out since overlap isn't @ visible , of course it's way window opened.

bonjour,   une image sera plus parlante pour expliquer mon problème : je souhaite appliquer une couleur/texture pour mes routes, j'ai donc utiliser l'outil plume pour délimiter le contour qui m'intéresse. or celui-ci comprend les terres pleins, auxquels je souhaite appliquer une autre couleur/texture, même problème pour le rond point par exemple. comment puis-je soustraire une sélection (pas sur du terme) pour retrouver un terre plein blanc svp ?   sur photoshop cela correspondrait soustraire une selection     en espérant avoir été clair !   merci bcp ! After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
