Adobe CC Set-Up : the windows error code is - 12180

windows 8 / 64 bit

core i7 - 4500u cpu @ 1.8 ghz - 4,0 gb ram

 

task have done :

1 - launch adobecreativecloudcleanertool / status : ok / every adobe prg deleted

2 - windows defender desactivated

3 - ie : internet : weak protection

4 - launch : creativecloudset-up ....afte have hiven authorization, nothing else happens.
