LiveBooks edit suite plugin won't install

back in olden days used download plugin our downloads folder, open plugin manager in lr , install plugin. in 1 minute in business.

 

fast forward today's computer advancements , process this:

- download , install free creative cloud application location https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

- make sure files syncing turned on in creative cloud app preferences

- on plug-in page click on "free" / "install" aquire plugin. "free" button change "install" once signed in

- in few seconds creative cloud should issue notification such "the add-on installed"

- not mean plug-in installed lightroom rather plugin has been downloaded adobe account local drive zip file

- browse downloads folder , file "livebookslrplugin.zip"

- extract plugin archive known location on local disk

- start adobe photoshop lightroom , open plugin manager (file -> plug-in manager)

- under list of plugins click on "add"

- inside popup window browse location of extracted plugin , select "livebooks.lrplugin" package click add plug-in

- while still in lightroom plug-in manager click on "done"

- plugin installed , can proceed configuration

 

now, if have had computer issue , somehow plugin vanished find new issue. adobe cc says it's on computer. search says it's not. lr says it's not. there doesn't appear way download damn plugin , install old fashioned way. after spending hours trying correct give up.

 

can tell me can file? editsuite publish service

 

i don't mean page adobe says can download of above steps mean little, tiny plugin. know how put in correct folder , install lr, need plugin.
