lightroom import hangs

hello,

lightroom on pc used work fine. problem started when importing photos , few videos sony a6000. import process hung @ beginning. cancelled it, restarted lightroom , tried again. still hung. removing video files worked around problem.

 

 

because of problem of adobe cloud, lightroom stopped upgrading number of months. problem fixed in latest release? version of lightroom has fix? annoying problem. imagine if there number of video files in each folder, copying them out , deleting them on card lot of work.

could please update latest version cc 2015.5.1 directly keeping lightroom up-to-date

make sure graphics card drivers date.

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
