Unable to open PDF generated from web application

hi,

when i'm trying open pdf generated in web application, giving error saying "adobe reader not open because either not supported format file type or because file has been damaged". error coming when use adobe reader 11.x versions. if try open same pdf older adobe version working.

 

web application generating pdf using sample pdf template given business teams. whether version used while creating sample template have impact or cause issue of pdf opening in latest adobe versions.

 

as customers of web application impacting, request assist on quickly.

examine file , verify characters   %pdf  first in file. older releases allowed amount of flexibility , characters in front.

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
