Sending Draw file to Illustrator CC

i working on draw (3.2.1) , want send file ipad pro desktop mac running illustrator cc  (which got license for).  have creative cloud account open under same username (e-mail) , password on both mac , ipad.  choose "send illustrator cc" button on ipad (within draw app).  rotating circle while sending, , circle stops after few seconds -- @ time message on desktop imac says:
send desktop

unable open file.

try again later.

 

i have tried restarting , logging out of both mac , ipad , re-logging in cc account on both machines.  same message on desktop computer.

 

i'm wanting edit files made using draw on ipad on desktop computer running illustrator cc.

 

i totally new creative cloud.  wish work.

bonjour,   une image sera plus parlante pour expliquer mon problème : je souhaite appliquer une couleur/texture pour mes routes, j'ai donc utiliser l'outil plume pour délimiter le contour qui m'intéresse. or celui-ci comprend les terres pleins, auxquels je souhaite appliquer une autre couleur/texture, même problème pour le rond point par exemple. comment puis-je soustraire une sélection (pas sur du terme) pour retrouver un terre plein blanc svp ?   sur photoshop cela correspondrait soustraire une selection     en espérant avoir été clair !   merci bcp ! After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe

i trying re-install adobe illustrator cs6 on new machine users old machine being retired. when enter serial no invalid message. i work ministry of transportation, ontario , purchased volume licensing. make things better, original person deployed doesn't work here anymore. have following if needed:   order number end user purchase number reseller purchase order number agreement number   please help chris for licencing issues have contact adobe support directly no 1 in forum can or here.
