Internet Explorer incompatibility problem

hi guys,

i have been tweaking website , uploaded.

on desktop fine , good. on tablet version, particularly samsung ie not loading properly.

on chrome , firefox mode fine. ie. have guys experienced this? way around?

also, mobile version, adjusted alone responsiveness using breakpoints method.

but when loading has space on top of menu bar has html code (see image).

any appreciated
