Display bug: maps on secondary screen

hello,

 

my computer configured in way displays desktop on laptop's screen, use external screen use lightroom , of software.

 

with lightroom, experience annoying bug in maps module in configuration. display totally buggy: black band displayed @ top, , when dropping images location can see they're not attached dropped them.

i did not find way make work on external screen.

at least 4 others have reported these symptoms.  see bug report in official adobe feedback forum: black bar in lightroom cc maps module , misplaced photos while geotagging on secondary monitor | photoshop family cust…  though adobe employee started engaging 1 of posters, person never replied.  suggest add complete report of issue bug report, including exact version of lr (not "the latest" -- > system info) , version of mac or windows.

 

in addition, there 2 troubleshooting steps can take:

 

- uncheck option preferences > performance > use graphics processor.  thought supposed affect develop module only, infrequently solves issues elsewhere.

 

- if on windows, make sure have latest graphics drivers directly manufacturer's web site.

 

add results of 2 steps post in bug report.

After Effects: could not find dvaeve_dialogs.txt

hello,   i getting error message when trying launch application:   after effects warning: file 'c:\program files\adobe\adobe after effects cs6 \supportfiles\dvaeve_dialogs.txt' not found.   the application working fine without issues until today. there has been no system changes on computer either.   any ideas on how resolve issue?   thank reinstall prgram.   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
