Subscription expired even though I renewed


for record, contacted adobe customer support 4 times same issue on period of 1 week. each of them promised updates higher level support team within 24 hours never happened. woes started last week when photoshop popped error saying no subscription info associated account. logged account , payment info there intact in system. few days later, message changed count down of 5 days, saying subscription going expire. again record, subscription renewed on 26 march 2016. double checked bank statement , transaction reflected well. contacted customer service again. told there internal system issue. again said higher support , update me within 24 hours. next day came, subscription expired , can no longer launch software. contacted support again , same empty promise again. yesterday contacted them 1 more time, same reply , customer service told me use trial version first. now, run photography studio , understanding adobe end user agreement forbid commercial usage of trial version. paid , end trial software. kind of nonsense this? can me out here? sick of speaking same customer service on , on again , same template answer.
